Corroborated a few strange builder install glitches and provided a good report with photos. I appreciated their work and honesty. <br />

I bought a deal from Angie's list. The technician did good job to clean, maintain and inspect the roof. He found a small leak on the roof and told me they will come back to fix the leak for $268. They will come to fix the problem tomorrow. <br />

They did a great job! Really nice people and very hard workers. We're very pleased and will definitely use them again! <br />

Our job went very well.  They showed up on time, accomplished all the work they had contracted for, cleaned up and hauled away debris.  They did a first class job.  We were very pleased.  The roof looks very nice and we know that a good job was done for us. <br />

Repairs to the chimney and roof where water had caused damage and replaced rotted fascia.  R & A Roofing had repaired problems with a roof at a prior home so I was aware of the exceptional work they do.  They respond immediately to provide an estimate and time-frame for  completion of the project. <br />

This was our first roofing experience. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were very good to work with from start to finish. They were responsive to our phone calls and did exactly what they said they would do. The cleanup after the job was exceptional. The roof looks great and we have had zero leaks. I would not hesitate to recommend them. <br />

<p>In a nutshell...we hired this company to repair a leak in our roof and all damaged/rotten wood. The owner Randy Platt insured us he could stop our leak, repair all the damage and give us a 1 year warranty.  We had them out 11/2/15 to complete the job and paid them $2200 that evening.  On 12/23/15 we came home to water pouring in our roof and damaged sheetrock in our walls and ceiling.  R&A has come out several times since with no resolution to our roof leak.  We were put on the back burner through the holiday season while the damage progressed with intermittent rain.  On 12/29 their employee Will came out for what we were told would be a 4-5 hour repair so I took off work to meet him there, he actually he stayed roughly and hour....placed some flashing up (which is a huge eye sore sticking off our roof) and left.  We were told by the owner that this meant our roof was repaired, they did their job.  We explained there was still rotten wood and a leak, we were advised by Aimee Platt that for the rotten wood to be repaired they would need to removed some bricks from the wall and they would not do that.  The bricks were never mentioned when they contracted to do this job, nor through the process of doing the job.  Everyone we have dealt with at this company has exhibited extremely unprofessional behavior, yelling/cursing at each other on our property, yelling at us, talking very ugly to us and hanging up on us several times.  We have asked for a refund as the job has not been complete.  We never dreamed our holidays would be filled with this stress and anxiety and do not wish it on anyone.  We will never use or recommend this company again.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>01/22/16 - I am adding new photos of the roof leaking today as R&A roofing claimed the roof repair was fixed and completed as of 1/5/16.... As you can see by the water streams and puddle, it is still leaking. </p> <p><br /></p>

They were able to meet me right away when I called, and after giving me a quote for the work, they were able to handle it right away. From the time I called them to the time the job was done was only about an hour, and Randy was very helpful and offered suggestions for preventing future issues. I would definitely use their services again!

Excellent service, very courteous and respectful. They do excellent roof at a very reasonable price. The job site is left clean without any construction material left. I would HIGHLY recommend R&A roofing. <br />

My husband and I found out late on Monday (8/31/15) that we unfortunately had an active leak in our roof from our chimney and we immediate attention. <br /> We called two companies (both from Angie's List), including R & A, that Monday evening <em>AFTER </em>5p. We left a message with the first company (which we never even received a call back through the week!) and were surprised to have <strong>Randall </strong>and his wife, <strong>Aimee</strong>, <strong>the owners of R & A</strong>, answer their phone after 'normal business hours'. <br /> They let us know that they actually specialize in these kinds of leaks/repairs and assured us that following any work from their company, we would not have any further issues. Aside from answering immediately, they were also able to come out FIRST thing the very NEXT morning to give a <em>FREE </em>inspection/estimate - Tuesday (9/1/15). <br /> Randall and Aimee were professional, personable and efficient in their inspection and informative in explaining what was wrong. They gave us two honest estimates - one that would fix the problem and one that would fix it but also add a proactive step. In addition to our specific problem with the chimney, they noted a few other things about the roof and were very helpful in educating me on a few things about roofs and our style of house. <br /> After speaking with them multiple times after our inspection on Tuesday via phone (they answered each phone call promptly!), we booked the job with them and they had one of their employees out to our house to work FIRST thing the NEXT MORNING!  <br /> The gentleman that completed the work for the company, Stacy Pritchard, was nothing short of professional, courteous, clean, efficient and did a great job on our roof. One man finished the job before lunch time! <br /> All in all, I cannot say enough how <strong>INCREDIBLE </strong>and <strong>POSITIVE </strong>of an experience it was to work with Randall and Aimee. They are two of the most generous individuals that I have ever met and they worked with my husband and I to ensure that this job was completed quickly and in a way that my husband and I could afford. It is difficult these days to find great customer service and companies that are so prompt and thorough in their work. R & A above and beyond exceeded our expectations! It is immediately evident that they take great pride in what they do. <br /> We have had to do a lot of work on our home since we purchased it two years ago, from chimney to plumbing, drywall repair, appliance install and repair, flooring, electrical, landscaping, decking, painting to air conditioning. In all of that, I feel completely confident that we were most pleased in working with Randall and Aimee. <br /> All 'straight A' reviews cannot be wrong, but they certainly do not do this company justice! They are wonderful to work with and we will use them again in the future as well as recommend them to friends and family. <br /> Just to note again (because it is worth it!) - <strong>we called them Monday after normal business hours and the work was completed before lunch time on Wednesday!</strong> <br /> Thank you, Randall and Aimee! <br />
