We offer free estimates and do not charge a trip charge unless we travel over 30 miles. We offer a $15 off discount for Angie's List members. It went really well. They had to come out 2 times because the first time they did not have the correct parts because they did not know the full detail of the job and what parts would be needed. The work has held up and we have had no problems. I plan to hire them again in the near future for our 2nd floor repair.

I called their office and a crew was scheduled to come out the following week. They came right on time, did the work with dispatch, and honored the estimate I was given over the phone. The finished product is extremely good. The tech by the name of Javier knows what he's doing and went through all the work with me before and after. I believe this to be a solid company and look forward to using them in the future. <br />

You know sometimes there are things around the house that you are on the fence about addressing. Like :"it be good to get that done but is it worth the hassle? " Well these guys make it no hassle. They also respect your home, shoe covers, painters tape on the wall when they are working on multiple switches. <br /> Just over all no big deal to get quality work done at reasonable rates. <br />

The estimate was provided promptly. The work was completed on-time and on-budget. They were flexible with my last minute schedule changes, and with changes to the work I wanted performed. They were great working with me to minimize the number of holes cut in my walls, and kept cuts hidden inside closets and cabinets. Was overall very satisfied with the work performed. <br />

Javier came out the day I called frantic because Comed was going to shut-off our power due to downed wires that they would not reattach, He and his crew got the wires reattached that day and then came 2 days later to bring the outdoor wiring up to code. Comed came back the next day to inspect and everything was approved. <br /> Rave Electric has done several electrical jobs for us and we have always been satisfied with their work. They are terrific. <br />

Javier came one evening to give me a very fair estimate. His crew of Darwin, Young Darwin, and Victor were very skilled and professional in their work. They gave me complete instructions on how to use the new circuit. I would definitely use their services again! <br />

We made a downpayment of half the estimated cost before they arrived. <br /> The crew of four arrived at 8 am. They redid the outside connection to the city power lines, rewired the basement and installed new light fixtures, changed two circuit breakers for our furnace and AC to bring them up to code, changed the dining room chandelier, removed four ceiling fans and replaced them with new light fixtures, repaired some iffy wiring in the master suite and changed the front door chimes. We supplied most of the new fixtures except for five in the basement, and they gave us some LED light bulbs to fill out the chandelier. <br /> All this work took all day and they were hard at work throughout. They provided excellent customer service, and that means a lot. <br /> The work came in at estimated cost and we were very happy with all they did. <br />

We have been doing a bunch of work on the house we recently purchased, the most disruptive and insane of which was a complete rewiring of the entire place. Fortunately, of all the contractors we have been dealing with, Javier and company at Rave have been the most reliable and professional by a significant margin. They also submitted the lowest bid for the project, incidentally. We will be using them exclusively for any future electrical work.
