RAY BULLOCK ROOFING

Ray Bullock is my go-to for roofing needs. He has done several new rooves on my rental properties. I am always extremely happy with the service and quality of work provided.

Perfect! He worked quickly and professionally to fix my home after the hurricane and didn’t try to add on costly extras like a lot of companies I had called for estimates before him.

He put on architectural shingles that were improperly nailed, overlapped in places they shouldn't have, the shingles were butted together to closely, no gap for expansion. The shingles were actually pushed up against flashing to tightly to allow them seal.

Set day for him Initially thought that leak by chimney had been fixed. The next time it rained had the same leak,same place and just as bad! Contacted Mr Bullock and he came to house and checked leak. I have been trying to get up with him for around 3 weeks now. Sent e-mails and finally received response. Set day and time for him to come to my house and he was a no show. Again did e-mail and again have not heard from him or his company after 3 msg on Angies List. Would give lower than an F if possible. Bad work ethics!!!! <br />

<p>Ray Bullock roofing provided excellent service in installing the metal roof on my house and storage shed.  There were 6 very professional and courteous workers who were here on time and worked continuously until the job was finished.  The workers were friendly and very pleasant.  The work and clean up was excellent.  Wasn't sure of the color we wanted and Mr. Bullock recommended a color which looks really nice on the house and shed.  It has rained hard a couple of times since the installation and so far have found no damage or leaks.  Mr. Bullock came out the next day to see how well we liked the new metal roof and take some pictures.  Mr. Bullock also called on 9/7/2015 just to see if there were any problems and to check to see if everything ok.  I would hire this company again and recommend him to everyone.  Again, Ray Bullock Roofing did an excellent job and the house and shed looks really nice.</p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> . <br />

Ray sent out Bradley and Mike to do the roof repair and they went straight to it, continuous work until completion. The work and the clean up was impeccable. Completely satisfied! <br />

We are trying to sell my Mom's townhouse and the roof was all of a sudden leaking and another storm was on the way.  We are from out of town and they met us at the town house that day, assessed the problem, left to get needed parts and completed repairs that day!  We are so appreciative.  Everyone was very professional and understood the need to complete repairs while we were in town.  Thank you! <br />

<strong> We were having issues with our roof. When we contacted our insurance company, the adjuster recommended it be repaired. We went through our insurance company several times and each time received a check to have it "repaired." Basically, our roof was patched. Being that the recent repair, which was to replace 33 square feet of shingles in the front of the house and paint the damaged area in the formal living room, we decided to get the entire roof replaced. Our neighbor had her roof replaced by Mr. Ray Bullock and was very pleased with the service and follow-up. After talking with other roofers and getting estimates, we decided to do business with Mr. Bullock. After meeting with him, we were very pleased with his professionalism , customer service (very friendly & enjoy what he does), presentation (styles of roof to select from), prices, and the warranty. One company quoted us a lower price but we felt Ray Bullock's gave us more for our money, therefore paying more was definitely worth it! His crew arrived on time as promised and completed the work on time as promised. The crew was very professional and respectable. They worked through the day until the job was completed. Mr. Bullock and a few workers came back the 3rd day and made sure everything was in order and to our satisfaction. During replacing our roof, a family member was ill. He continually asked about our family member, which showed us he is a man of compassion. He and his wife reminded us of the power of prayer. We were able to talk about something other than the roof. I was very please with the job. The roof looks great and I have tested it against heavy storms. I wasn't sure of what color to use and Mr. Bullock recommended a color which really turned out nice. He knows his stuff. The workers were very pleasant. <br />

I have been an A rated angieslist contractor in the Raleigh/Cary area for many many years.  I have a home in Fayetteville and relied on Angieslist to find me an A rated roofer in the area to handle this job.  Ray is very well known and respected at ABC supply in Fayetteville and we met there to discuss shingle choice and sign the contract.  I use ABC supply as my provider of choice in Raleigh and the quality of the materials they sell is very good so I was pleased to find that Ray Bullock used them also.  Ray was on the job most of the day to make sure the work was accomplished and to make sure my questions were answered.  His pricing was more than fair.  As a contractor who is very busy, I was a little skeptical when he said he could do the work next day since I know I have a back log of work constantly but do not let that be a deterrent.  He does what he says he will do and from my experience.....when he says he will do it. Get a quote from the big guys and then call Ray Bullock....quality, price and customer service!  I will use him again on my next house.

everything went well he had four to five guys working constantly on the house for two and a half days. Everything went well.Mr Ray the owner is a professional he came by and check on his crew brought them what they needed to work with a check with them every 4-5 hours . outstanding at the end of the day Mr Ray the owner of Ray Bullocks Roofing is an outstanding owner over all outstanding business and I would recommend him to anybody that want to get the work done and outstanding guy. <br />

My mother and I hired him to do the roof on our house and we were extremely happy with the results.  The entire process from start to finish was simple and straight forward. Based on what we told him about the old roof, he provided recommendations on items like the roofing tiles and underlayment as he wrote out an estimate.  Everything was included so there were no surprises once the job was done.  Because of his years of experience and professional manner, we felt very comfortable with what he was telling us. He coordinated the materials delivery for the day the roof was put on, which was there before the roofing crew, so they didn?t have to wait.  They were on-time, hard-working and very professional. Mr. Bullock stayed at the house throughout the entire job, except for an occasional run to Lowe?s. We only had to move a few items from around the house. At the end of the day, we had a new roof and clean yard. You could not even tell they had been there! You cannot ask for a better roofing company! <br /> <br />

Roofer showed up on time, got to work. Didn't like the way he put in one piece and fixed it. Very happy.

I woke to my son screaming ?emergency!? as pieces of my ceiling was falling from a leak in my roof. I needed someone to come out quickly and patch it up. Ray and one of his men came out quickly and did a wonderful job. Ray took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done; they even showed me the portion of my roof that was damaged from the leak.  He  charged me a great price, one that I couldn?t refuse. The gentleman he left to work on my roof worked swiftly and did a great job. It rained this previous weekend, after they fixed the leak, and I have had no problems with my roof. To top it off, the screen on my porch had popped out due to the strong winds we?ve been having, and I?m pretty sure they popped the screen back in place for me, as it is now <br /> miraculously fixed. Full roof replacement. We were very happy with Ray and his crew. He took the extra time to explain our options to us. The quality of his product is above local competitors. He uses synthetic Rhino roof which is 25 times stronger than regular felt. We received over five roof replacement bids. Ray's quality of product and experience far outweighs his competitors. Mr Bullock came and gave me the cost of the roof in a timely and professional manner.  He and his crew showed up on time and installed our new roof.  The crew was polite, quiet and professional.  We pointed things out and they were corrected or finished before we got to that area.  Wires had to be detached from our roof and were replaced quickly with no interruption to phone of cable service.  I can not put into words how happy we are with the professionalism and manner our roof was installed.  I would give Mr Bullock a 10 star rating if it were possible. <br />

Everything went well, they showed up when they were supposed to and did an outstanding job. Mr. Bullock is great to do business with and I would use him in the future if needed. I only have one small piece that needs to be replaced and it was Mr. Bullock that pointed it out, but the weather hasn't been the best for them to come and  replace it. I'm sure it will be taken care of soon as he appears to be a man of his word. <br />
