I can't tell you how disappointed we are with Ray and his crew. He started our fence on Sept. 14 and it still isn't finished and what is done most of it needs to be taken down and redone. It is crooked, post are not stable so one side shakes all the way down. The gates are crooked and warped. They don't show up when they say they will, don't call to let us know they are not coming don't return our calls. They have taken money from our next door neighbor to do his fence and he hasn't heard from him either. We have had to clean up and haul off old fence which is part of what we paid for. They left their trash piled up in the yard the last day they were here which was over three weeks ago. We have given them chance after chance to do right, but here I am writing this bad review, because I don't want anyone else to waste their money

"Unfortunately, not every project goes according to plan. When we bid this job we were told that there was a very tight budget. Being sensitive to that we provided a very aggressive bid to keep the costs down. The homeowner provided all of the materials for the job and we provided the labor. We were going to prep the walls, paint and lay the flooring. In the initial prep it was agreed that the goal was to sand the walls flat. After that was done and we primed the walls it did not look good and after consulting with you, we agreed that we would texture the walls before painting. Upon completion, we asked for your stamp of approval and we had it so we moved on to the paint. We did ask about your flooring before installing and you said that was the way you wanted it. Nearing the end of the job I communicated with you that I was going to be shorthanded in the morning with 2 of my guys tending to medical issues but they would be able to be on site in the afternoon. At 10am that day you called demanding that I get more people to the job site. I called my foreman who was at the hospital with his wife and he came over. At this point, you changed your mind again on the walls and wanted the texture to be removed. This project should have taken a week and we were nearing the end of week 2 with the change orders and we did not ask for more money. We are sorry we were not able to complete the work. We do try our best to accommodate our customer’s needs within their budget, to do it right the first time, and if it is not we will make it right."

I needed 50 wooden fence slats replaced due to water rot. Raymond and his Team were very responsive and gave me a reasonable price for fast, efficient work. Their quality of work far exceeded the homebuilders original install of the fence. I asked for his card for the day when I will need to replace the rest of the fence.
