We go through every process with our customers so they are happy and there are NO misunderstandings. We have several technicians so if you call Ray Progress HVAC we will be there the same day. We have very flexible schedules and will work whenever a customer needs our services. We have a $125 service call fee where we come to your home diagnose the problem and explain it to you. We will make you aware of the broken part and explain the part's job along with the cost. If you decide you would like our experienced technicians to repair your product, the $125 is waived, and we go on to negotiate the price with you. Thank you for choosing Ray Progress HVAC!

We have perfected HVAC, and dryers. We do commercial and residential work and split and central air conditioners. Whether it's your appliance is completely broken or just a small part or wire problem we will show you the problem and do our best to fix it the SAME DAY! We offer free installation/replacement estimates!, dishwashers, washer machines, we do all types of Air conditioners and refrigerator work. We have different technicians with different skills. Our wide variety of skills includes fixing freezers

Exceptionally well. First, the workman, Alex, was highly proficient and professional. Second, he explained everything he was doing, and explained why the problem initially occurred. Third, he was also very intelligent, articulate, well-read and enjoyable company throughout the period in which he performed his work.

They did good work, but charged much more than our usual repair service. They said it was because the part was extra expensive. I looked it up, and the part was only $35, a small part of a bill over $300 and total work time of about an hour spread over two visits.
