"Customer had dirty yard and when pressure washing some specs are bound to fly into the pool. Customer also had the pool cleaned day before which is not my fault, they logically should have had the pool cleaned after a pressure washing. Lastly customer cursed and made racist comments towards me and my crew so for that reason I do not wish to deal with them at all."
