I’m giving Rays Ways Pays a One Star review due to failure to complete a repair job. I recommend that you do not hire Ray. Here’s my story: Ray responded immediately to my request for service and came to my house on the same day to fix my refrigerator that was not cooling. He determined a part was needed. Two days later he came back and replaced the part. I was instructed to call him back if the refrigerator wasn't working (cooling) by the next day. Note: I paid him for each service call, plus the cost of the new part. (Total of $465) The refrigerator did not work so I called and set a date for him to return. He did not show up on that date. I tried calling him again and left a message. Over the next several days I tried to contact Ray multiple times via phone calls (with messages left on his answering system), texts and email (through Home Advisor) to no avail. He did not respond at all. I finally got Ray on the phone six days later and set another date for him to return. He did not show this time, either. Hence the LOUSY Rating.
