We had a great experience with RBP on our kitchen renovation. He came up with a great design and the guys did a great job. They were very professional and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Thank you for another great job!

The work is excellent. You can always reach them for any questions you may have. You can either call or text and they reply right away. The price is very reasonable.

"Thanks Mr. [Member Name Removed], We tiled his front and rear porches and also re-tiled a shower for his second home. Wonderful people to work for."

Very professional and punctual. They were able to accommodate us when we requested a few changes during the job such as additional painting and caulking. Excellent results and I would highly recommend them.

The best part was having it done finally because we wanted to get it done in October and two days after we told them we told them the tile that we wanted, they called and said it was on backorder. It would not be here until December 15 because it was coming from Italy.

The worst part was having them install it. The two guys who installed it were fairly young. We came to find out after it was all done, we come to find out that neither one of them had never installed this type of tile. The owner had come out on the first day to bring his men out and we decided which way we wanted it laid. Then we never saw him again, he never came back until the following Monday. By that time, they were finished and they had left. The tile was installed unevenly. They had left grout which they were supposed to clean up. They left swatches of it on the tile. It was on our newly painted walls, on the baseboard, on the vertical blinds that my husband had to clean up. Needless to say, we were not happy.

We called the company that they were under contract for. I called the salesman and told him that this is not right. He and the installation manager came out and looked at it. They agreed. They said that they would get them back out here. The two guys came out but we still did not see Frank, he actually came out Monday night to get the trailer. They had left one of those open sided trailers with the old carpet and pieces of tiles that couldn't be used. That was sitting out in our driveway over the weekend and I finally had to call to find out when he was coming out and my husband caught him and brought him in and showed him. He said he would talk with Zack the salesman and I talked with Zack. Then him and the installation manager came out and agreed that they needed to do something to correct this. Then the two guys came back out. They had to order more tile from Jacksonville. We got the tile so we had to wait a couple of more days and the tile was uneven enough that if the sole of your shoe hit it, it could trip you. We were very careful walking. The furniture wobbled.

When the guys came out. they actually took a piece of blue painters tape and put it on the ottoman's bottom so that it would not wobble and didn't tell us that they did that. They came out and we had to go upstairs, we had to be upstairs while they worked. and they brought a jackhammer with them. They jackhammered the tiles that were uneven and there was dust over everything. They gave us a bit of hard time about it. I just told them what they had done was just not acceptable. We still have some tiles that still have a little bit of a lift to them. They are not even with the rest but they are under a desk.

Their price was a little lower than other quotes but we went with the main company that we hired because they use them as sub-contractors.

I was going to have them do other work but after this work, I decided no

"We did a wonderful job and have serval pictures to prove the work was done wonderfully, however, we all know that there are those you just can not please but with long list of satisfied clients we are going to have those few who are just miserable and you can never make happy. I apologize it did not work out and hope the best to them. No hard feelings just sad that people can be this way. I wish I could add pictures to prove how beautiful the work turned out."

I found RBP Maintenance on Facebook and I am so glad that we did. We needed the exterior of our house painted and some wood rot repaired. They were amazing! They arrived early every day and stayed late to ensure they finished timely and did such an amazing job! I am so happy with the wonderful job that they did and would not hesitate to use them in the future. They were also a fraction of the cost of others and were very accommodating to my many requests. Thanks for making our home beautiful!

The man from RBP who came out and provided an estimate for several projects was very cordial and seemed competent. We agreed to start on some of the work right away, caulking around the large windows on the east side of the house, and hanging a new interior door, with three hinges rather than the two that were on the old hollow core door. Two men arrived for the job. I assumed they were RBP employees. I had asked that the hinges be morticed and the cuts be curved to match the existing hinges. The men did not have the proper tool (router) or the hinge template to do that, so they cut square notches for the hinges using a small flat blade power saw. When they tried to hang the door, it was dragging the floor, so they had to cut 1/2 inch off the bottom. The hinge measurements were obviously wrong. The door was hung, leaving a large gap at the top of the door when it closed. They had to lower the door knob striker plate because it was too high. I inspected and measured the new door at Lowes before I accepted delivery. It was the same exact measurements as the old door. I might add that I had to loan them my skill saw to cut the 1/2 inch off the bottom, as they did not have their own saw. The resulting cut was sloppy. The window caulking was sloppy and I had to go up on a ladder to use a razor blade to scrape off the caulk that they got on the glass on all the windows. When they were done, they said write a personal check to one of the men, not to RBP which the written estimate explicitly said was to be done. I sent all this information by email to RBP and expressed concern over just who was doing the job. Who was responsible for the work and who was liable for injury or warranty( If any)? That email was dated January 6, 2015, and I have never received a response of any sort.
Response from RBP Maintenance
"In response to Mr. Knights review I have several good reviews on my google listing, website, facebook, and yellow pages accounts. RBP Maintenance did "NOT" perform this work and this is why a check was not written out to RBP. We hold several references to prove our reputation and our authenticity of work when it comes to painting and renovations."
