I recently had to replace my roof and, unfortunately, had to pay out of pocket. After getting several estimates and being let down by contractors who never showed up, I reached out to R & B Roofing and Remodeling?and I?m so glad I did. Not only do they handle roofing, but they also offer full-service remodeling for kitchens, bathrooms, decks, windows, and more. They sent me a detailed estimate quickly and had me scheduled within a week. The crew arrived on time and completed the entire roof replacement in just one day. The finished roof looks absolutely amazing?I couldn?t be happier with the result. While the process looked chaotic at times (as construction often does), I was incredibly impressed by how thoroughly they cleaned up afterward. The job was not done correctly. I was charged for material that was not used and my roof is leaking production manager admitted job was done incorrectly. Now they are ghosting me. Stay far away.

My initial call about a leaking roof was professionally handled, service call scheduled for following day. Prompt service, repairs made, reasonable price. Personable people. Pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

Thought they trustworthy by helping us get financing for the rest of projects to be done but took our money and the full amount of the financing and now we have to pay back over 20,000 dollars. They have over 30,000 dollars for a roof garage, little shed.SCAMMERS I do not recommend their company

R & B was awesome to work with. They were very punctual and their communication was great. The work they did was outstanding and I would highly recommend to anyone. I look forward to using them again on future projects. Scott and his entire team was first class.

they replaced my gutters in October 2020, by April 2021 they were growing trees so I called them to come look, I believed they were holding water. James came out, looked at the area, cleaned the gutters out and put a level on them. He discovered one side was perfectly level, one place you dont want level, and another side that was literally slanted in the wrong direction. He said they would fix it, he would get me on the schedule and the team that did them would have to fix it for free. When I didnt hear anything back, I called again. This time a Tyler called me and after looking at my gutters could find nothing wrong with how they were hung and I need additional downspouts and gutter guards, but he did not agree with James assessment and didn't think his team did anything incorrectly. In other words spend more to fix the problem or we can't help you. I would not recommend or hire again.

They were very professional. Called every day to tell me when they would arrive so I could clear the driveway for their trailer. Deck is beautiful and just what we wanted. Hal Gordon, Stuart, and Greg treated us with the utmost respect and were dedicated to making sure the deck was perfect. It is the envy of the neighborhood.
