Do not hire this person to do any repair work. He was hired to fix a icemaker on my fridge and my stove in September it is almost November and nothing is fixed. He refused to provide a refund although he was unable to repair the items then threatened to file bankruptcy when I told him I would take him to court. I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON. Find someone who will actually be able to do repairs and not lie and make excuses.

"This customer was informed from the start of the job that the parts for the stove are on back order and as soon as I receive them I will be glade to fix it and the refrigerator I told them from the beginning needed replaced they Insisted on fixing it because there home warranty would not give them enough to replace I informed them it may or may not work trying to fix it and they told me to try I have told them that I could take a few months to get the part they need in and now they want there money back after there home warranty already payed them back told them we would have to contact the home warranty company and they do not want to go that route either they just want something for nothing"

Washer works worst then it did when i called a repair man. Is a liar. Not health concience. Came to home with no mask. I have constantly called to inform him that the job isn't done right and no call back or answer. I one time i did get Mr. Richard to answer, i waited on him all day and he never showed up.

"I apologize that you fell this way I told you when I fixed it that you would have problems with the way the floor is under it that it needed work don’t to it and also told you that do to this there would be no warranty and you said you understood this and as far as mask go I have a box of them on me at all times and was going to wear one but you asked me not to because it made you feel uncomfortable so I didn’t. The job I did for you would normally run around 25 to 280 you said you could not afford that so I did it for $150 and explained to you there would be no warranty with that you said you would be fine with that."

Great, called back within ten minutes. Set up appointment for later same day. Immediately diagnosed problem had part with him, repair was done in half an hour.

I called three other Appliance Repair Services listed on Angie's List that claimed to repair refrigerators, but they could not work on LGs. I called R.C. Appliance and they agreed to my repair, and provided prompt, courteous, and professional service. I would highly recommend R.C. Appliance Service.

Richard was knowledgeable, friendly and very communicative. Gave an ETA, but went on to message when he was on his way. It was awesome to be able to get exceptional service the same day. Would recommend and use again if we have any issues in our home. It was nice that he and John cleaned up with Clorox wipes after finishing and leaving. With COVID-19, you want people in your home that are cautious and that was much appreciated.

Richard was punctual, courteous and informative. He is a pro who knows his trade, explains what he’s doing, knows the machine — mine is about 25 years old and he resolved the breakdown by installing a new intake valve and got it performing beautifully again. Would I bring him back? Yes, and I did, to take care of a different problem—a fill spout had degraded and was leaking. Richard also found the timer, after a couple of decades, was breaking down, and put a new one in. The machine is worth the repair, and I count myself lucky that I found Richard to take care of it.

Richard did great. We called first thing Saturday morning and he was able to show up around 1-2pm that afternoon. Took about 30 minutes, had the parts needed and explained ways to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Friendly and nice to talk to while working, also. 10/10!
