Very well. Estimator was personable and knowledgeable but be certain you and contractor are both clear on scope. Installation crew was no-nonsense and 'get-r-done'. They answered questions, did little extras, and cleaned up afterward. <br />

It went very well. We had an excellent interaction with them. They were all very helpful, very professional and it worked out very well. It was reasonable. I talked to a couple of other people and the prices were all competitive but RCC came in a little bit better in their price on the windows, so it was good. They were very good about being punctual.

We recommended them to our daughter. They were excellent. They charged $1000 or $1200 for their services. Our daughter was absolutely thrilled with their service, punctuality and everything. She would use them again if she has to do the job again. We think she actually referred them to her neighbors next door.

.We had quit a lot of work. They took longer than they were expecting. They pushed us ahead of some other cliants so our rebates would not expire. They blew insulation threw a wall, but they did fix the wall. They had to take the wall down and put a new wall up.

Estimator responded quickly in providing a quote. He answered questions re. the quote promptly. The work was scheduled to meet my preferences. There were a couple of punch list items discovered after the job was finished that were taken care of within a day of notifying the contractor. <br /> The price was very good. I would use them again. <br />

Great job. Showed for quote on time. Very informative. Showed for work on time. Good communication. Good quality work. Left the house clean. I paid in full and then called the next day to say that $80 from the original quote (venting) didn't need to be done. Office was very helpful and polite. They mailed out a refund check that day. Not much more I can ask for.

It went great. I got the estimate right away and the representative even had to help me get into my own house that day. He was waiting for me when I came home from work and I discovered someone that had been in my house had locked part of the door that I leave open. The workers came a few days later and did great job with respecting my house and keeping it clean.

Complete satisfaction! Jorge was on time, accurate and a wonderful person to do the bid. I felt immediately assured that there would be no shady business. The 4 workers that showed up were on time, conscientious, professional and flexible. I told them to do the job as if they were doing their mother's house. They did just that!
