Rudy helped investigate an odor I was dealing with for a long time after an animal died under my mobile home. Right away he offered to help spread odor bags under the house--not a very easy job. He also gave a lot of advice to help prevent things like this from happening again. I am immediately noticing a huge improvement after the job was done, too. Very happy.

We hired Rudy and his helper to go under our house because we suspected black mold. Rudy was really great to work with. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Rudy explained to it was not as bad as we feared and the he could treat the small area and that everything would be taken care of. He took pictures to show us exactly what was going on under there. He gave us a very reasonable quote, and did a great job. We highly recommend him.

Rudy and his team were great! We had an odor in our crawl space after the rains. It was so bad my wife could not stay in the house and had to live elsewhere until it was fixed. AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COST!! I had mold in the subfloor of my bathroom which needed to be removed and replaced and even now, I do not even know if all the mold was removed because I was not here when the job was processing and completed. The job looks like a 2 year old did it and I cannot even proceed with adding my vinyl planking because it is so messed up. I should have followed my gut instinct and canceled the job with him sooner but I gave him the benefit of the doubt and now I am having to spend more then expected. He was a little around the bush about certain things and I do not think he is knowledgeable nor experienced in BIG jobs. One of my biggest regrets.

"I hired them to repair the subfloor only she did not understand floor needed to be leveled before the floor installation I did not realize she had other floor guys to install too many contractors and persons in the process did not know I was to level and offered to level and return money mold was not a major issue but a flood."

The person gave lot of advice and did visual inspection. Did not go down the basement and did not go up the attic.

"Test result shows no sign of mold using the attic as storage. All advice was given, not taken. Not much else I could do. I did go up in the attic... all kinds of cardboard boxes there. hired to test not inspect ?"

I was impressed with the response time between when I first filled out my request with Home Advisor to the time the work was quoted. So I hired him. I had a very bad experience overall. I hire his company to do a kitchen floor in my home. His experience was very bad he just didn't know how to do floors . Our agreement was for me to buy all the materials for the floor, he damaged the whole new laminate floor material. I had to hired another company to finish the work.

In last December, the gutter cleaner service came and cleaned my gutters by a high pressure water jet. No other physical dirt removal. The wafer jet nozzle was in an up-side down J-shape mounted on a hard-pipe that connected to the water supply. No way to verify the clean quality but by guessing. Secondly, he explained that the dirt and errosion will be rushed to the downspout! Won't that block the downspout? I worried about the mud/dirt will permanently block/seal my downspouts - this service may have made the situation worse. In fact, the problem of water overflowing was NOT improved after the gutter clean - in Jan/Feb/March regardless how heavy the rain was, the water overflow from the gutter remained the same. I have to hire another gutter cleaner to re-do the job.

"The van was stolen before the redo, out of bussiness for entire month of January and February. He had another come back for completion now in March. I have still not recovered all my tools and losses. Gutters are flowing in the wrong direction, to no avail."

IF ANYBODY WANTS TO HIRE THIS MAN BE CAREFUL. PAY ONLY 50% REMAINIG AFTER SATIFCTORILY COMPLEATION OF JOB. HE IS NOT A PLUMBER. DEPENDING ON SOMEBODY ELSE FOR PLUMBING HE IS UNLICENSED FOR ANY WORK I SPEND $500 ON HIM JUST FOR NOTHING. JUST WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY. HE LEFT MY GARDEN SPRINKLE JOB UNFINISHED AFTER TAKING MONEY. HOME ADVISOR , PLEASE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

"He paid for the completed project at his direction after he ok ed completion and did not pay for materials decided he did like pipe above ground after 3 weeks put too many sprinkler heads reducing pressure and went back to try to assure him of the issue and replace heads but he had no materials to change specs job was complete and he paid except for materials. job should be 850 with materials went to arbitration he did not win."
