Terrible customer service and communication. Took my $250 deposit for assessment and quote but mis scheduled the appt and showed up when I told them I couldn't be there. They walked around the building that I wanted the electrical work done in but never met with me or entered the building where the actual work was to be done. They sent me a very high quote almost a month later after I contacted them and they refused to refund any portion of the $250 which they did absolutely nothing to earn. No services were performed and there was no assessment!
