Right from the get go Mark was a very responsive and courteous professional contractor. He was able to repair wood siding on my house that several other contractors did not want to touch, so a positive problem solver! Window trim around a difficult to reach window in the basement was also repaired which came out perfect, as well as some rotting wood on the outside trim of the house. I would definitely recommend this contractor.

I needed a few things done to the house. They were small jobs, however one (an emergency) was reattaching a pipe that had come loose. It was swaying in the wind and I was afraid it would pull off the house. Mark was referred to me and he fit me into his schedule the same day when I expressed my concerns. I had total confidence from the moment he arrived. He completed the work, even staying a little later than expected (at the end of an already long day). I will be needing a new roof and siding and will definitely call Mark.

It was seamless. Mark came himself to assess the situation he explained the options and helped me choose the one best suited for me. <br />It took about a week for the new window to be delivered and he installed the same day. Perfect!

I have used RCS Contracting for several jobs. The first was replacing the roof of my house that was leaking in several spots. Mark and his team were great! They arrived on time and got right to work. He left the property spotless!! <br />The next job was the inside of the house. Mark installed all the insulation and sheetrock throughout the house. He made some adjustments to walls to give more room. Again, he left each day with the area clean. <br />I am a single mom who didnt have a clue when it came to all this construction. Mark was awesome in the way he listened to what i wanted and keeping within my budget. He gave me suggestions without ever making me feel pressured to do any work I wasnt ready for. <br />My next project is to install vinyl siding. I have already contacted RCS to schedule. <br />

It went really well. Mark was responsive to our requests and gave us a list of other projects he had completed so we could determine the color and quality of the roofing we wanted. This made our choice much easier and we were also able to match the new shutters to the new roofing. His crew was professional, they arrived when they said they would and they completed the job within the estimated time frame. They also cleaned up after they were done and we were left with a pristine home.

<strong>Quote Experience: </strong>I only wanted half the roof done since the smaller side of the roof was redone just 10 years ago with an expansion. Though Mark did suggest we should do the entire roof at once there was no pressure and he helped us pick a color that nearly perfectly matched the other roof. Pricing seemed fair based upon competitive quotes and they were local.  <br /> <br /> <strong>Punctual: </strong>Mark and his team arrived when they said they would and started work on time. Better yet they actually finished the job almost a full day ahead of time. <br /> <br /> <strong>Cleanliness</strong>: This is a stickler point for me when hiring contractors. Drives me crazy when after the first day they leave a mess and even worse if there's a mess when they are done. I did find a nail or two in the weeks after the job but nothing like the last roofing job I had done where I found debris for months. He must have gone over the yard 3 times looking for junk and nails with some kind of detector. <br /> <br /> Overall it was a pleasant experience considering there was a dumpster in the driveway (left no marks) and banging on my roof for two days. They also used what I thought was a better underlayment and ice shield than the others were offering. Since I had leaks this was important. Would hire them again.

Prompt and professional. Work was done on time and cleaned up after themselves. They took extra care to protect driveway from dumpster damage.

Mark Salazar (Owner) arrived as scheduled and repaired the trim siding. I have used Mark on three other occasions. <br /> The first time he put new siding on my house and completed the work in the estimated time.  He gave me a list of houses to look at that he previously put siding onHis workers picked up each day and placed everything in the dumpster he provided.  (Very clean). Cost was about $12K <br /> The second time I used him was for roof repair. Previously we used Wizard Construction and our roof leaked because it was installed incorrectly.  At the time I did not know that RCS did roofs.  I called Mark in and he came over and agreed that the job was done improperly. Wizard Construction has since gone out of business.  He and his crew repaired the roof, again very clean work. Cost was about $4K, but that included removing the plywood underlayment as well <br /> The third time was I wanted to add vinyl embellishments to the front of the house and to add new vinyl shutters and power washing. The total cost was about $1500.  <br /> I also recommended him to my next door neighbor and installed Hardyplank? siding.

They are fast, thorough and clean. Above and beyond the job requirement!
