R&D Pro Cleaners were booked to complete a deep cleaning of our home. They came and toured the house before hand to provide a detailed quote. They stated their cleaning would include dusting of all millwork, cleaning windows and sills, tub and shower, floors and other general items included in a regular clean. They quoted for 6-8 hours of service. Their cleaning consisted of a light clean, at most. They were only at my home for 3-4 hours and did not touch the windows, tub or shower. Most of the millwork was still dusty. Our floors still had debris that could be removed with my fingernail. I reached out to R&D Pro Cleaners for a resolution. They offered to return to complete the tasks they missed. On the date they stated they would return, they were a no show. Since then, they have been unresponsive to my communications. I would not recommend this company...not even for the most basic cleaning services.

This company is great. They were prompt and professional. They seem like lovely people as well. You could not ask for a more polite service. They were able to get all the things I needed done pretty quickly and they made sure to check with me about any problem areas ahead of time. Expect service with a smile when dealing with R&D. When the job was completed they were packed up and ready to go with no fuss. We almost forgot they were there. Thank you both so much for everything! Expect to hear from me again!

The young lady was very nice and polite. She seemed to genuinely enjoy cleaning the bathrooms. My basement smells delightful. I have already scheduled another visit.
