Signed a contract to work with re-bath on July 11th and the lead time was 18 weeks to have the bathroom done. We put a 50% deposit down. It took me calling the office multiple times to be told our materials were likely going to be on back-order for another month. Originally our design consultant told us the work should be expected to be completed end of October or early November. The project was not completed until the second week of January. Our design consultant completely ignored our calls and emails. Never updated us on delays or worked on a solution for us. The office manager said she would talk to her boss and get back to me - to no surprise she never contacted me back. Please beware of the deceptive tactics they use. They egregiously overpromised and underdelivered. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with and will let all of my friends, family, and neighbors know not to use re-bath.

I would tell others to get a few people to quote for them if they are looking to get work done. But Re-bath was excellent on service and responsiveness and the price was pretty good as well. Could work on the improve to drive the price down just a little bit. The worker was a great guy, quick, professional, good guy.

The work was done in less than a week. Everything was left very clean at the end of each day. We were very happy about the job that was done. I called Re-Bath about a leak we had from that bathroom on Monday, Robert from the company came out today and checked everything out and determined that it was a pipe leak. Although this was not a problem with the Re-Bath products or installation, he was very friendly and very helpful with guiding me on what to do next. I am very impressed with this company's customer service!

We had a shower stall that was leaking underneath our vinyl flooring. We discussed this with water damage experts, and they felt it wasn't enough damage for their full services, so we had Re-Bath come out instead. We were given several options for replacing the shower stall and flooring, some cheaper than what we went with, and some more expensive, and ended up heading out to their show room to check out the options first-hand.

The worker who came out did a great job. He kept me informed at all stages, showing me progress as things were removed and replaced - with water damage you never know how far it's gone. We got a new shower stall that hasn't shown any sign of leaking since, got some of the floor wood underneath the vinyl replaced (the leak only affected the floor right outside the shower door), and replaced the vinyl in the room. The whole job took about 3 days of work, including one inspection by the town.

We really love the new shower and door, the new floor is great, and both have held up with no issues for the 6 months since the original install.

Job was done in a timely manner. Installer was very professional and personable. He explained each step of process and was most helpful when deciding placements of shower/shelving. Would highly recommend. New shower is beautiful

Sales personnel helpful, not too pushy. Installers prompt, pleasant. Left everything neat and clean. Great job on bathrooms. However, I had tile floors installed in both bathrooms. Installer obviously did not know how to install tile floors. Floors not finished under cabinets. (Out of sight, out of mind?) Tile not even, not level. Grout too low. One bathroom regrouted within a week. It has been one year this month and bathroom #2 is in desperate need of regrouting. Pieces of grout fell out within the first month or so. I would highly recommend them for bathroom renovations. Surrounds are very easy to clean/maintain. Cabinets are nice. Workmanship was excellent (except floors). If having a tile floor installed, be sure to ask for someone with tile experience and be sure to actually watch the entire floor installation.

"Ms. [removed member name], Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with our company. We build a better company through thoughtful customer feedback. The gentleman who installed your tile was experienced, but did have a challenge because the floor was very uneven. Please let us know if there is anything on your project that has not been completed to your total satisfaction. Thanks for being a Re-Bath customer. Sincerely, Tim Koehler, President"

Jim did tear out and disposal, then redid floors, tub/shower in one bathroom, shower in one bath, plumbing and ceiling. We ordered our own vanities, sinks and fixtures, but Jim did the install. We painted ourselves. Jim's work is great and he is a good guy. He ran into problems because our house is crazy, but he was patient until we could get someone in to deal with the problem. It was nice to hire a company that was willing to let us do what we were able to keep costs down.

,After living, for years, with a shower in our master bath that was just to small, we decided to have a new larger shower installed.
Our experience with Re-Bath began with Conrad coming to our home to go over all the details of what we wanted and to give us a price for what we wanted done. From beginning to end Conrad could not have been more helpful. When materials arrived Robert came to tear out the old and put in the new. Robert was great. Knows what he is doing and does it perfectly. Bottom line,, we could not be more pleased with the final result.

They moved the original shower where the vanity once was and replaced it with a larger shower and replaced my vanity with a new vanity where the shower originally was. It made my bathroom look bigger and replaced my commode with a new one with an extended height. I love my new bathroom and I would highly recommend Rebath to anyone.

I got 3 estimates. All 3 had good presentations, and I did not choose the lowest price. If fact, ReBath was the highest, but they offered options that I didn't get from the others, especially the design of the shower seat. The prices were not significantly different.
Reed, the salesman, spent a couple of hours with me deciding the design, the colors, the tile, the shower doors, the type of seat,
the shower wand. He explained the prices, the finance plans. The work was scheduled and the work started on the scheduled day.
Jamie, my installer, came on time with all the materials he needed. After meeting with him, I left for work. The work was scheduled to take 5 days. This bathroom was off limits until he was done. Each evening, I checked to see what was done, and the progress was remarkable. On the last day, he showed me how the water wand(s) worked, left me information about preferred cleaners to use in the shower. He also left the warranty certificate that can be transferred to future owners.
I really love this shower, and I'm very glad I went with ReBath.
It started about 20 years ago. I used to live in a condo which had one of those tiny tubs where the water barely reached
your navel. It was shallow and short. I decided to have the bathroom redone, to make it bigger, especially the entry door, (taking out a useless part of the hall) and better looking. I also bought a new, deep, seven-foot-long tub. Aaah ? comfort.
Five years later I moved, bought a house, first time in my life. Loved the house; hated the tub. It had to go. Also, because I was getting on in years, I decided on a walk-in type of tub.
Before calling installers, I did some research on the Internet. I wanted not just the ordinary walk-in tub, but one where the water could come up to your adam?s apple. It also would have to fit through the doors (see later on), so the extra wide one was out of the question.
I telephoned one installer and told him what I needed. He said that he would try to find a tub for me and would call back. He never did.
I phoned ReBath.
On February 12, 2013, a lady from their Wilmington office (all were busy at the Triangle office) came to take a look at the master (or should that now be ?main?) bathroom, discuss what I wanted, offered additions, and provided an estimate. I did accept her suggestion to put in water jets but turned down the bubbler (could always add DomPerignon to the water :-) ). She mentioned that they did not have the size of tub that I wanted and would have to go to the manufacturer to get it, and that it would take some time to have it delivered.
A week and a half later, a representative of ReBath came to take an in-depth look at the lay-out. He took measurement and described approximately what would have to be done. He mentioned that the process would include the following: Possibly remove the front door to get the tub through; remove the bathroom door and put in a new, wider one; remove the old tub; break through the walls on either side of the tub to get at and re-do the water pipes; install the jet system; put in a new electrical lead from the garage to the water jet motor; install the tub, and other smaller details. He was quite content to note that, previously, I had the hot water tank replaced by a tankless water heater.
ReBath called to say that the installers would be coming by on March 8 to begin the installation process. It took four days (minus one) to complete the installation process.
Jim, the individual primarily responsible for the major part of the installation, was a very nice, and highly capable guy. To take out the old tub and bring in the new, he did need a helper. They did not have to remove the front door; the tub fit through. They did have to cut into the jamb of the master bedroom door (later neatly repaired), and put in a new, wider bathroom door. After the new tub was in place, I overheard the guy who was helping, whisper, ?that thing is big enough for a diving board.? Jim had done a fantastic job ? he put in Corian shelving with splash boards to cover the gaps between the tub and two walls, making sure that
the whole thing fit in decoratively with the window next to the tub.
There was a piece of paper hanging about all this time on the bathroom counter. Jim mentioned that it was the document for the
government inspector, who would be visiting to take a look at the job. The inspector did come subsequently and put his official stamp on the paper. He also mentioned that that was the first time he had come to inspect a walk-in tub.
Jim said that the sub-contractor electricians and the plasterer would be coming to put in the new electric line and patch up the holes in the wall which extended beyond the outer edge of the tub.
The electricians came and installed a new line, one of them crawling through the attic to reach the bathroom wall.
Jim tested out the tub and the jets several times to make sure that all was working correctly. He noticed right away that
one of the jet outlets was leaking and said that they would have to call the manufacturer to send someone out to fix it.
Terry came a few days later to take a look at the jets and to fix the leak. At first, there was no indication of a leak. Then, after waiting ten minutes, Terry said that it did start to leak. He fixed the ailing part and made sure that none of the other jets could cause any problems.
The plasterer came two weeks later and filled in the holes. After letting the work dry, he came back and sanded and repainted that portion of the wall. Amazingly, the paint that was left by the previous owners of the house from 1997, was still usable.
The second part of the payment went through on May 30, 2013.
I?ve enjoyed the tub several times since then. It will be especially enjoyable on cold winter evenings, with jets turned on, and with snow falling gently outside the window.

We had such a small shower that we would bump the sides just trying to lean over to wash our feet and we hardly ever took baths in our family. So, the decision was made to have them torn out and have a new larger shower installed that we would be comfortable with and truly enjoy while we lived here.
We began our Re-Bath experience at a Raleigh Home Show and we had our appointment set about a week later. The gentleman came to our house and took measurements and sat with us to discuss exactly what we wanted the shower to look like. He went over all the options and choices and discussed financing options as well.
Ultimately, when they came to do the work, they were clean and professional. The guys were friendly and humorous and made us feel comfortable during the whole process. They kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after themselves every day during the 3 day process. Afterwards, we had a brand new shower installed and we could not be much happier with our new bathroom. The price may be a little higher than some contractors out there, but they stand behind their work and they have a good reputation to protect.
The entire job went as requested. The work was done on schedule and the quality of the work was excellent. Everything was left picked up and clean during the services. Everything was shown to me and all new fixtures were explained. The company arranged for all inspections and I was able to leave the house for work while the work was being done.
