Bathroom Remodel
There were workmanship issues and other issues that extended the time frame of the project exponentially. They were eventually resolved 3 months later. The office and Regional Manager and Project Manager where communicative and professional.

Taz and Jason did a beautiful job replacing the shower in our master bath. They finished the job sooner than expected, completely cleaned up upon completion, answered our questions during the process, and obviously took pride in their work. I would recommend Rebath without hesitation.

Joel and Marshall did an outstanding job with changing a tub-shower into a walk-in shower. The work is perfection and makes such a difference in the bathroom. They were very professional, punctual and exhibited such a good work ethics that seem to be rare today. My home integrity was maintained during the work. Both men are terrific representatives of Re-Bath !

Joel was a wonderful representative for this company. He was punctual, worked hard and was both courteous and considerate around our home. We had several very minor requests to make of him which he carried out for us without complaint. He work was excellent; the daily clean-up was all we could ask. Chris, his helper, was also a good worker. Jason was only present on the last day to explain our warranty coverage.

The project was awesome, starting with the design consultant, scheduler, and the project work crew. The work crew, lead by Damion and assisted by Zion and Alejandro, did an excellent job. They possess an excellent work ethic: they arrived on time, were well organized and focused, had specific task objectives for each day, reviewed work plans with us at the start of each day as well as work completed at the end of the day, and exceptional clean up before leaving each day. They were always professional, friendly and pleasant, and courteous; they were positive ambassadors representing Tucson Re-Bath! Truly a great experience with everyone we dealt with at Tucson Re-Bath during the course of this project!

Just had Re-Bath of Tucson replace my shower and I am super happy with the results. It looks great and DONE in 2 days. My service guys were Damion and Zion and both were fantastic to work with. Damion was great with communicating what was being done, next steps, what he would need from me, etc.... I have to say, communication overall was really good with Re-Bath. Both Damion and Zion were professional, very courteous, took care to make the least amount of mess possible and were very thorough with everything. I am very happy with their service and the work they did on my new shower.

We only have one bathroom so it was important to us that it be done quickly. They did everything when they said they would and we were only inconvenienced about 2 hours out of the entire 4 days it took them. We were very pleased with the workers as well as the work they did and would use them again and refer them to others. <br />

We had two bathrooms that had water damage. The downstairs bathroom ceiling was falling down. There was wood paneling on the walls that needed to be repaired. We thought the upstairs bathroom was in better condition but it was not. We were fortunate the tub had not fallen through onto the downstairs bathroom. They had to replace the sub flooring in the upstairs and gutted both bathrooms completely. We have all new toilet, shower, vanity fixtures and flooring. The only thing we have to do is paint the rooms. <br /> They were very helpful explaining what they were doing and making any reasonable changes we requested. <br />

To start off bathroom was a nitemare from previous licenced contractor most of the work they had done previous had to be removed because it had not been installed correctly <br /> Re-Bath came in and turned this mess into a beautiful work of art all of our stress was gone i watched the worker for the 1st day and was impressed and amazed on how accurate his cuts were and everything fit beautiful that i didnt feel i had to watch him anymore i was very cofident in his work. This was the work of a proffesional that knew what he was doing not like previous contractor. I would use re-bath again and would reccommend them to all that want a trouble free install with a fantastic warranty . <br /> Price wise a little high but you have to think of the long haul(warranty) with the warranty its worth it i dont have to worry about a thing they take care of it. <br /> Me and my wife cannot stress or thank the re-bath crew enough <br /> Re-Bath came to my house gave me the quote and within a few weeks schelude the work showed up finished within time frame bing bang done and we are <strong>Happy Happy this bathroom came out beautiful. </strong> <br />

See above. <br /> The project began January 21 and ended January 24, 2013, for the most part. Because the original vanity was damaged in shipping and a couple of other minor fix-ups, the project was totally completed on March 29, 2013 (I was gone during the month of February so I requested that we hold off and replace the damaged vanity in March).

The biggest nightmare I've ever had. The solid surface counters in the bathroom were supposed to be done on Dec. 15 but they were measured wrong so had to be re-done. We still haven't seen anything done about that. All the cabinets were supposed to be cinnamon colored with mistakes done on two of the drawers which were light maple and they had to be re-ordered too. Still haven't heard anything about that. The drywall where the tub, medicine cabinet and mirror were removed were poorly plastered over. Supposed to have texture, instead they were smooth patches. The shower was supposed to be custom made but the glass for the 2 doors of the shower haven't been made yet. The vinyl tile floors were laid wrong with 1" patches in the corners as well as being done without taking the baseboards off and 1/2" gap which they said they were going to fill in with caulking and spaces between the tiles big enough to trap dirt and water. I had them remove the tiles in the whole bathroom and start over. There were apologies but no action. In fact when i complained about the floor suddenly the countertops and glass shower doors needed another week "to get here". The If you saw the movie "The Money Pit" you'll know what I mean. I have no re-course since I signed a contract except to warm anyone else considering them to stay as far away as you can get from them. <br />

They were prompt courteous, and worked hard. One man did most of the work. They were careful not to damage anything or make the house dirty. They started on time and finished on the 4th day just as they had said they would. They offer high quality products (Toto toilet, forinstance) but do not have a large selection of them. Suits me just fine. It cost twice as much as I originally expected, but I checked on the prices of toilets, shower bases, vanities, etc. They were reasonable for the high end products. Every one I asked about bathroom remodels said "about $10,000" is what it costs, so I guess I was just behind the times in my initial price expectations. Getting it done in 4 days was great. They have a streamlined system for bathroom remodelling and it works. I will use them again. <br />

The sales professional that came in was above and beyond regarding being prepared and her presentation. She did a fantastic job. The person who came out and did the rebuild was awesome. He was a young guy named Chris and he did everything. He did the plumbing, drywall, the fixtures, everything. He did it on time within schedule and always spoke to us regarding what he was doing. He did a lot of things that were outside the scope of his duties and did them well.
