Johnny and his guys have done a great job for me. They have replaced and repaired a few roofs for me from single family houses to a condominium. I have no complaints. They worked well with the multiple owners at the condo and has had no issues with tenants. The have installed both single and metal for me. I have not had any issues with either product. I will continue to use them for any other properties that I either own or manage.

Re Roofing America did a very large and complicated roofing job for us. We called around several local roofing companies and settled with Re Roofing America. The owner Johnny Johnston was available during the job and made sure our roof was being done right. His roofers were top notch and very experienced in there trade. We would definitely do business again. Thank you Re Roofing America Johnny Johnston for a superb job. Ps. Most roofing companies we called could not do our job due to the height. These guys got it done and done right!

ReRoofing came out within a day to give us a quote and started the job the next day!! They did a fantastic job with wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them for any of your roofing needs!

I went through Angie. The roofer came over and looked at the roof. I have a flat roof type contemporary design. They spent about 2 weeks on the roof. The project went from $14k to over 20k due to a lot of rotten wood replacement and he said they needed to rebuild areas to drain the water better. Everything looked good. I payed them and when it rained weeks later I discovered the roof still leaking. I called John and someone came out with a can of roof patch. When it rained again it was still leaking. I called again and someone came out. When it rained again still leaking. After that I would call or text and he would say (John) he would send someone out but they never show. Now I haven't even received any response from him and the leaks are worse. I am supposed to have a 5 year warranty. My advise. Avoid this company.

I had Re-Roofing America do work for me and they did a good job. The reason for the "average" rating is because Angi inserted themselves in the middle of the project, and they added absolutely no value to the project. Ango assigned a Project Manager (PM). Everything they told me was not true and/or did not happen. As a PM for a project, you are suppose to stay on top of the project, and be proactive in making sure project is on schedule. The PM told ReRoofing America was going to call me before job started, wrong. The PM told me told me materials were being brought by Re-Roofing America, wrong. The PM never contacted me before the job making sure everything was on track and never contacted me during the job to see how things were going. The only contact I had was for payment. I recommend Re-Roofing America, but I strongly do not recommend Angi being part of the project. Work with Re-Roofing America directly and tell Angi to stay out of the middle. Things will go much smoother.

Not very good at all with bad communication until I reached out to this company. And the proposal is expired and there's no work. If this is what I get I don't want to use them again they are not reliable.

They did not finish the job, promised to comeback to bring the soffit and repair it but never returned. I just want my to be complete asap.

I was talking to John, and the schedule for the repairs was today 03/09/2021 at 8 to 9 in the morning, but he never showed up, and he asked me to call him yesterday to remind him for the work, I called him 3 times yesterday and once this morning and my calls were redirected to his voice mail, and he never shows up and never returned my calls. I am very disappointed with Re-Roofing America and I would never ever work with this company.

Owner was very patient with me in getting the shingles I wanted. His crew was here when he said they would be, did a great job, worked quickly, and cleaned up when they were done. Could not have gone better. Highly recommend

John and his team are amazing!! I'm in the military (stationed in Virginia) and had Hurricane Zeta damage to my house next to Keesler AFB. John was very responsive, provided excellent service, and sent me pictures of my new roof. I couldn't be happier. A+ in every category!
