Larry was coming from a job across town, so it took him longer to get there, than anticipated and I didn't get any updates along the way as to his delayed ETA. But once he arrived he went to work quickly and was done shortly. He also explained some things about the locks to me as he went along. Overall a very good experience.

It went well. They eventually got all the locks changed out and they work really well but I had one broken cylinder and the original "key it yourself" lock had jammed so the tech needed to get some help with those. Took a long time but they made it worth my while and the gentlemen who showed up were clean and nice.

Service was very professional and fast. He was able to come out within a few hours of talking to him. He ran into some issues with replacing the door knobs locks, but he was able to avoid the need to replace all the knobs by taking everything apart. He could have easily just replaced all the knobs which would have cost more, but found a way to fix what I already had. Would use again for any work I need.
