The technician mounted the TV and connected all of the peripherals. He verified that the existing mounting hardware would support the new TV before installing it. Finally, he ensured that everything was working correctly. He also moved my old TV and equipment to the basement. I definitely will use Real Computer Solutions in the future.

I spent $120 and I used them twice. I liked the guy who came out the first time. I had another problem and I called them and requested him. The person I got knew his business and was very on point.

He worked h****** it and came out twice (the first fix did not do it.) I would use again with a deal, though my computer is getting old and becoming less worthwhile to repair.

Initial phone call was rather easy, a quick few simple questions and my appointment was set. They kept in touch with me and kept me up to date on the over all progress of how the repair was coming along. And they delivered on time. <br />

It was fine. There was nothing exceptional about their service, they came, did their work and they left. There is nothing to really say about it. They charged on a hourly basis and they were there longer than the period specified on the coupon.

When he returned with the computer, he set it up correctly, went over what he had done with me, and reviewed each area, including all of the applications to ensure that they were working properly. They were and have been since he returned with the computer. <br />

I have used them three times since I got their ad on Angie's List and they are excellent. They do a great job and are fair priced. This company works on TV's and computers. I am anticipating bringing them back again. They are reputable and do what they say. One time I had trouble with a TV they installed and it was because I had a remote control that was not working properly. They showed me how to take care of it at no charge so I think their pricing is very fair. They are very professional and are here when they say they will be.

Everyone I dealt with were very professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Although when I first got my computer back, the virus resurfaced, they promptly sent a technician to my house to personally look at the computer and he took it back to work on. After it was completely fixed, the technician delivered the computer to our home and we have not had any further issues with it. <br />

It took some doing actually to get the appointment set up. I had one appointment scheduled, they called the day before that they could not make it and then I had other schedules too, but that was a little difficult, but it did not inconvenience me that much. They arrived about 20 minutes early on the day scheduled, which was fine. They were two gentleman. They were very thorough and very quick. They were very polite. They knew exactly what they were doing. The price was what was quoted plus the Angie's List discount.

I use my computer for business and so performance is important to me. I used Real Computer Solutions twice and they performed their work quickly and professionally. I appreciated the good job. I used them to wire some outlets in two apartments (mine and my son's) and to improve the performance on my primary system. The two technicians were Vinny for the wiring and Frank for optimizing my laptop performance. I recommend their services. <br />

The price was worth it. They are not far from me. I got such good service the first time I used them that I wanted to go back. I wouldn't use anybody else. Their prices are extremely reasonable. They are overly responsive. They were 5 minutes early for the appointment. They ought to run a school for professionalism. They were attentive to my house when they were here. They are the height of professionalism all the time.

My experience with this company is that they were very professional and customer service oriented. My issue was fairly basic, but I don't like taking my laptop and leaving it at a retail store for diagnostic. Frank was my technician and he was very good about answering my questions and showing me what he was doing and how I could use some functions I was not aware of. The on-site help was perfect for my needs. I would highly recommend this company for both individual and business needs. <br />

Overall, every aspect of this project not only met our expectations, but exceeded them. The technician came to my house within a day of my call, did some checking and needed to take my computer back to the shop. In two days he returned with the fixed computer and got me up and running again at home. The work was good, the service was prompt, and the price was fair. <br />
