I arranged with Bradley to pressure wash and repair my backyard wooden fence. Repairs included rebuilding the main gate, tuning up the 2 pedestrian gates, and replacing around 20 boards (pickets and posts). Bradley showed up as scheduled to do the estimate and then the pressure washing & fence repair. He kept me informed about the cost of materials as he purchased them. Bradley was responsive to feedback on the repairs. The whole project took around 3 days. I paid Bradley for this work. At the end of the project we agreed that he would come back in a month, after the wood had sufficiently dried, to stain the new boards and other boards where the stain had faded due to washing. We agreed on price. 4 weeks later I contacted Bradley for scheduling. He asked me to contact him in a week. I did and, despite several texts and emails, that was the last I heard from him. Also one of the post/picket repairs has already come undone.

The jobs were done well and efficiently.

February 27, 2022 Caleb and Brad the owners of Real Handy did phenomenal work upgrading my bathroom! I must also mention Mathew who assisted with the tear out. I registered with Angi Feb. 6th because my bath floor needed replacing due to a past commode leak. I received a text from Caleb the following day. He was available to come to my house that evening and arrived on time. Caleb assessed my bath floor issue, explained what was needed to repair it, provided an approximate cost, and gave a time limit to complete the work. I was pleased to learn it would not be as costly as I thought, and it would only take two days. Before Caleb left, I felt confident in hiring Real Handy. I received my written contract Feb 15th, work started Feb. 17th, work was completed Feb 21st. It took approximately 10 hours in total. The first day they tore out the floor and sink, replaced floor boards, the sub floor, and laid new waterproof vinyl. They returned on Feb 21st, installed the new commode, sink, vanity, light fixture, mirror, the threshold at the door, and laid vinyl at my front and back doors. I also had them put in a new stove hood and hang an art piece. There were leftover vinyl planks, and Brad suggested that I use it at my front and back door entrance areas. I liked his idea, so we agreed on the additional minimal cost to add it. I am extremely pleased with my new bathroom and entrance ways. The quality of work, time management, attention to detail, and professionalism goes above and beyond. I highly recommend hiring Real Handy to do any work you need to have done. They are true “master craftsmen”!! I have already decided to hire them for additional projects in the near future. My neighbors made a point to tell me how friendly they are when they saw them outside. They are indeed. Thank you Brad, Caleb, & Mathew. You guys are a God send. I’m honored to have met you!
