The team over at Rebuild America did a fantastic job with our Roofing, Siding, and Windows. I had called them for an estimate and was scheduled to meet the very next week. They had walked us through the process and materials that they would be using when installing a new roof and it was super helpful that they were incredibly friendly. It’s clear that they have many years of experience in this industry. While picking a color in their showroom Colleen helped me choose the best colors for my taste and style. Installation was a breeze too! I was afraid I would be left without a Roof for a long time but their roofing crew showed up bright and early and installed the new roof in just one day! I also became very personable with the siding crew that was here for the week.The crew did phenomenal work, respected my property and plants, and left the place spotless. I would recommend them to anyone!

Everyone we have dealt with at Rebuild America has been very helpful and very professional. They have fully explained the process and were helpful and patient while we tried to decide on colors for the siding. Looking forward to the finished product. Update: They just finished roofing and siding our home. We are very pleased with the outcome. The owner of the company as well as the employees are wonderful to work with. Jeff not only cleaned my gutters, he trimmed the tree causing the issue and fixed part of my roof. He is an absolute honest and reliable man. I am blessed to have found him.

The job went very well. They were very professional. They finished the job on time and were very neat.

After moving in in our new home, we decided to redo our roof because of its condition (missing shingles and leaks). While looking for a roofing company, we were told that our brick chimney was not in good shape and could be the culprit for our leak. Therefore, we had it completely redone from the flashing up. Unfortunately, that did not fix the leak. Then we turned over to Reality Roofing to redo the roof based on recommendations. The work was done fast and for the most part looked good. Unfortunately, our leak was still there. Over the course of a year and MANY calls, they came 4 times to try to fix it but never succeeded. They did a water test (basically using a hose against flashing) that proved the leak was still there. Over those 4 repair's attempts, they redid the flashing once that also showed that the water was leaking from behind it (visible green streaks on the back of it). But the leak is still there. Now it has been another additional 4 months where I have left multiple messages to the receptionist and I have not heard back from the only person that seems to be able to take decision, Bob. The communication with that company is terrible. Even though there is a physical person answering the phone, she is only able to transfer messages to the boss that only return calls whenever he wants. On two of the service intervention, they even showed up without being properly scheduled. On top of the communication issue, the fact that my leak is still there over a year after installation, shows that they are not a professional company one can rely on. I was told that they did not know what to do next. They are the expert here and should be the one coming up with a solution. The last year has been a real nightmare from my family and I. Every time it rains my stress level goes through the roof.... Actually even looking at the forecast with rain does the same. I would not recommend the company to anyone because of the above experience.

Excellent. One small problem was that in dumping debris off my roof, they damaged my fence gate. I did not discover this until well after the work was completed. I contacted them about this, but they did not offer to reimburse me. :( I blame myself for not inspecting more timely. <br />

Call them on Wednesday due to a leak they came on Thursday inspected and Friday installed the roof.  They were lifesavers!!! <br />

They did an amazing job. It was an amazing transformation and helped me get top dollar on resale value for my home. They do a great job, fully licensed insured, courteous, punctual, responsive. I moved to NJ now, I really miss Reality Roofing.  I wish I can convince them to come out to NJ to fix my new home as well. <br />

I had leaks in a roof that was installed about 9 years ago. I had other repair men look at it and tell me different stories. The main leak problem was around a dormer on my roof. As Reality Roofing explained the dormer had no flashing around it. <br /> I contracted them to do the job and they resided the dormer and totally fixed the problem. I also had a small leak near a vent pipe which was also repaired. I had problems with the gutters clogging up during heavy rains so a larger gutter was put on. <br /> All is well now. I only wish I had used them for all the work in the first place. <br />

Absolutely no guess work involved.  Ralph was extremely professional and punctual every step of the way. His workers were courteous and punctual and completely followed directions . He really knew all about the Vermont Slate Roof on our house. <br />
