I have been getting spam emails from this guy about photos he took of our house. When I went to look him up, I discovered he had been arrested for trying to run over a neighbor. Stay away from this hot head. He couldn't sell our property after 6 months.

Lucas is a top notch realtor if you want to buy or sell a house (and all around nice guy). During the prep phase he came to our house, let us know what items we should upgrade/update, reviewed the neighborhood to get the optimum value for our house, let us know the range, etc. He worked much more than just "listing" a house. Before we decided to move out of state, he worked with us to look at potential houses to purchase with a no pressure situation, he was attentive and professional while always making sure he listened to our requirements and when we decided to move out of state he put us in contact with a fellow agent in our target state. During our sale he managed all aspects of the process, made sure we felt comfortable through the whole process. He fielded a lot of question from us through the negotiation and contract process and always had the answer, even to the silly question we would ask. I met Lucas 9 years ago when I purchased my first home. The experience went so well I used him again to sell the same home 9 years later. Lucas is a great realtor. Extremely well. Lucas is serious about selling and uses the best photographers. I had a barrage of qualified lookers/buyers & my house sold in 4 days. We had some difficulty with the community management company hired by my HOA (a very inept employee really screwed things up for the closing), and Lucas really stepped up to make things work so the closing could happen.

Working with Lucas Satten was an extremely seamless experience and exceeded any expectations we had for purchasing a home. He came highly recommend by family and we really did not know what to expect. Even after much research my partner and I where not too familiar with all of the terminology, the home buying process, fees or who to even call for the differ facets of purchasing our home. He also recommended a lending mortgage company that we ended up using they also made the process as simple as possible. They also worked with Lucas and us and we reviewed our options no matter what time or night or day we called he listen to our concerns and and situation and reached out to the mortgage company to ensure we were getting the best deal, at the end of the deal he had the mortgage company giving us $6k back he also had the sellers realtor also give us about $1500 and we receive about $5000 from the seller to ensure once we moved in we were covered to complete all the concerns presented in the inspection at the time of closing, oh I forgot to mention he also for a discount with the tittle company. I had to definitely take some time to be as detail as I could be on this review because he just blew us away not sure if all realtors are like this but not only was he extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable but he was also extremely resourceful, had amazing contacts when if came to home inspections, home insurance, contractors etc. Even after our closing he has called several times to check up on us and just ask how are we liking the house and how is it coming along, he is also provided us some consults if we are getting a good price and service with the different contractors we have been dealing with. Even thought we had to see many places and even extend offers on 2 which became a little frustrating after a while we feel like Lucas was always that positive voice that we needed when we were almost giving up and thanks to him we now have a place we can call home for years to come. Lucas was amazing. We needed to sell quickly due to a job relocation. He walked through with us to make suggestions on how to get the house in shape to sell fast, he even set us up with an interior decorator to help choose paint colors. The photographer/videographer he recommended did an incredible job and the listing looked great. We managed to sell the house in just a couple weeks. Would definitely hire again.
