Two young persons showed up on time accordingly to our appointment. They were uniformed w/ cleaning stuff /tools in their hands. The greeting was concise and respectful. I explained my requests and they started their job. Kitchen cabinets were the main of my concerns. <br /> In three hours I was called to check all cleaned areas while I was busy w/my papers in another room. I was completely satisfied with final result. <br /> The only one detail can be considered as a detail needed to be improved. I suspect that the vacuum cleaner  used by the service had an old filter due to some dusty smell afterward. I know that it is a global problem personally for me to manage my own vacuum cleaner in certain way. Probably, next time I will suggest my own vacuum cleaner as a tool for the cleaning service (I do not want to get any stranger dust on my carpets). This remark about the filter is a very subjective opinion and depends on personal preferences of customers.  <br /> Basically I got nice service provided by professional workers. Thank you very much. <br />

They started cleaning upstairs and when finished asked me to check it out to see if I was satisfied. I could see that some dust had been missed around the bed and baseboard but nothing too bad but the bathroom was still dirty. I went over the floor with a damp paper towel and it was still dirty especially around the commode. I went ahead and cleaned most of the floor again but then asked the cleaner to come and look at what I had gotten just on a paper towel. So she cleaned it again. I checked the second bath and saw the same result so that had to be done again as well. I could see that this was just not the deep clean that I expected and what was advertised. The baseboards were cleaned but the areas next to the floors were not. This was the case in all the rooms. The toilet was missed in the half bath. We have a long stairway and many of the stairs were missed. This just wasn't what I expected from an A rated company. The banister and wood trim was cleaned and I was happy about that. I'm wondering if maybe the vacuum bag needed changed or possibly serviced. I feel bad that I wasn't able to rate the company higher. <br />

The cleaning went well.  2 people came to clean and they were on time and courteous.  They asked questions about my home and what I needed done. Overall, I was happy with the result. <br />

Real World Cleaning Services performed a top notch move-out clean of my home, so much so that I hated moving out because it was so clean! The team was very thorough with the attention to detail in every room. I highly recommend Real World Cleaning!  <br /> <br />

FANTASTIC. Could not recommend Real World Services highly enough. The team of 2 cleaners were prompt, professional and completely thorough. They cleaned places it would never occur to me to clean (thus, my need of a cleaning service). The kitchen and bathroom were immaculate. Baseboards were dusted, every knick-knack was dusted. This was booked as a one time deep clean, but I will certainly be contacting them for recurring service.
