Very punctual and did the extra cabinetry at an excellent price and quality. I didn't notice it at first, but the floor finish had minor blemishes such as an occasional hair and small bubble in the finish, so floor quality was a bit disappointing. However, they were a full $1000 less for same job compared with 2 other Angies list bids, and we were only refinishing as part of the sales prep on the house so I took this a fair compromise. After the job was done, the proprietor was going to drop off some extra finish he had mixed for our cabinets so I could touch up a few spots myself later, but despite repeated emails and phone messages, he never returned the communications nor did he ever drop off that finish he had promised - another minor dissapointment <br />

The floors used to have glue down tiles which left a very messy layer to sand through.  It took a lot of work and sand paper but ReBorn got through to expose the old fir flooring.  On a previous job, Perry provided "over the top" consultation for a customer with many questions about the process, water based finished vs oil.  Perry was very patient and informative during the whole process. <br />

The job went well, until the finish work was begun, then thing took a sour note. The filling of the cracks in the wood was done fast and poor. The filler was to liquid and shrank leaving space for dirk to get in between the boards. The top coat was put on in thick wavy layers, only two thickness instead of many thin coats. The transition pieces to the sliding glass door was never completed and the company will not respond to my request to finish. They sent a man out in March to measure for the piece and picked up the stain I bought to stain the wood to match. Since then I have set (3) three messages to the company with no response.

Perry was very professional and thoroughly answered all our questions. He sent an estimate within 48 hours, and it was easy to schedule the work with him. The fir floors had black mastic/adhesive from old linoleum that we took off, and it took a lot of sanding to remove it. There was also some damaged wood that was replaced with reclaimed fir, and it blends in with the floor perfectly. We were amazed at the transformation of the floors. We are so happy with the work that we plan to have Reborn refinish our oak floors in the living room and dining room in the near future. <br /> <br /> <br />

We were very pleased with the bid and the work. The bid was $600 less than another bid we got and the work was of the highest quality. The stained area on the floor was almost unnoticeable after they got done. They started and finished on time and Perry was a pleasure to work with.

We received quotes from several different companies. Perry was very informative and helpful throughout the process. We chose Reborn for a combination of reasons: Perry was helpful, I liked the finishes they used, and the price was competitive. The work they did was very good. Our floors were in very bad shape. There were a lot of deep gauges and scratches. The floor are amazing now! I am so surprised at how nice they turned out! Even after the floor were completed, Perry was very responsive when we had a concern (that ended up being nothing). I would definitely recommend Reborn Hardwoods!

We were very impressed with Perry and his team's work. We spoke to several different companies, many of which barely took the time to talk to us. Perry communicated clearly and walked us through all the choices we had and the implications of those decisions, both in cost and appearance. His team was professional, punctual and meticulous. We couldn't be happier with the results. The floors look fantastic and the patchwork is so seamless that they we have to search around to find them now. We've had several bad experiences in the past getting floors refinished, but Reborn did an amazing job. I would recommend them without hesitation.
