My roof is OK. Sean gets 1/2 star for it, but the process was HELL! He gets 10 stars for not owning up to mistakes. He's an expert at it. There's major damage to the sheetrock in the front of my house. Every contractor who saw it for repairs, said it's from too much weight from shingles being drooped on my roof. I signed a clause that there may be minor cracks from vibrations, but these cracks are from haste & carelessness. Sean offered a "favor" of making repairs for $1570 more. He's conditioned to have an excuse for problem that happens. I'm still picking up nails in my yard! He cares about making $$$ first, and I question his ethics.

"Re-Build always follows code restrictions on any type of renovation project. Miss P. did sign a waiver that every client reads and signs for any interior damages due to movement on the roof; every roofing company has same guidelines. Our wholesaler did spread the shingles out as what is required. Cracks in the sheetrock where already present when we first arrived to look over the project. We tried to come to a conclusion, but wasn't able to. Our bid was for $625 and it took over 6 months to collect and we didn't put a lien on the home. Unfortunately, this would have happened to any roofing contractor coming in. We wish it turned out different"

Re-Build's rep., Catherine, was always either on time of showed before scheduled appointment. Gave me infor concerning job that I hadn't even thought of. And because of this saved both time and money. Although have put off having job done for now, will surely be contact Re- Build when time is appropriate.
