We hired and paid this business in full to perform - floor installation, drywall installation, vent and exhaust installation, plumbing, and electrical work. This business did not finish the job and when asked to come back to polish its work and finish the work, the work was not always complete and required multiple returns (approximately 3) until it stopped responding to voicemails and text messages. The workers did not spend full 8 hours of work and most of the time, would leave at 230 pm. When asked why leaving so early, they said it was all that was needed for the day, when in fact there are other work that can be done. This became problematic on the last week of work when at the last day, the job was not complete and owner asked to be paid in full. We paid the owner on good faith that they would finish the job as agreed upon. This business always asked to be paid every Friday even if the job was not yet complete. This business asked for 50% down and the remainder to be paid when the job was done. The work was sloppy: did not protect the ceiling from paint, covered the floor vents, did not finish placing baseboard and did not polish drywall work, power outlet only worked when the exhaust and 2 lights were on (waste of electricity), did not pick up the rest of construction debris, and poor communication on what was needed to be done on the electrical system. It was a stressful experience. This business is untrustworthy, unprofessional, and perform sloppy work.

The project went well from start to finish I'm more then satisfied with my new floors will hire them in the future for any home improvements I need

Seth , Bill and their crew have done a wonderful job on our remodeling projects . They are dependable and have completed the work in a timely manner. We would definitely use them for other projects in our building .

Excellent it's been 1 entire year with no issues the unit heats and cools my home very well just as promised
