Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
He had not built a deck before although he said he did. Did not have the materials needed to get the job done by his hired hands. They had to run for lumber seemed like twice a day with their own money or mine. There is not a square point on this deck or the bottom sealed. No steps were added as requested. Did not leave leftovers. Would not answer multiple calls after the project was sorta finished. He wants everything paid in cash! DO NOT Hire this person unless you want to be frustrated through the whole process. I can go on and on...
