After a year of not getting solid answers and having a lot of the county agency work put off on me I finally asked for my deposit back and was blocked from all contacts and they still have my $.

I hired red bear contracting to build a deck off the side of my house. It is been less than 1 year and the steps are broken, cracked in half. I also had them redo my driveway and there are chips of broken concrete and they installed a French drain incorrectly and now I have water pooling at my foundation every time it rains or snows. I communicated the owner multiple times about the drain and him and his wife tried to gaslight me and said it was not draining bc of yard debris. Not true. He told me he would come to my house to replace some pieces and fix it and never did. I do not recommend this company.
