Red Bird Roofing uses Malarkey shingles and has an Emerald status with Malarkey. This is significant for a couple reasons. First, in my research I found that Malarkey shingles are regarded by experienced roofers as amongst the best, if not the best class 4 (hail resistant) shingles available., even though they are a smaller brand. Second, their warranties reflect this, especially for an Emerald installer. They were significantly longer than Owens Corning, which was the next closest I could find. I also liked the environmental benefits of Malarkey shingles, both the use of recycled tires and plastic bags, and the smog reducing granules. So Red Bird uses a superior product, and while that makes them a bit more expensive, in the long run it is worth it. Tyler, their sales consultant, was friendly and answered my questions well, did a thorough inspection of my roof and attic (something one other contractor failed to do). He stayed in contact with me throughout the whole roofing process. Ty, the onsite production manager, was present the entire roof installation, explained what was being done, sent photos and a drone video of progress - including pointing out issues discovered during the roofing process (things I need to follow up on with others, not part of roofing). The crew worked hard, did a thorough clean-up, and completed the entire project - from tear off to finished roof - in one day. Overall, I am very satisfied with Red Bird’s work, would highly recommend.

I had Red Bird Roofing come out to give me an estimate, and I really appreciated Justin's honesty and professionalism. After inspecting my roof, he let me know that it was in good shape and that I didn't need any work done right now. He could have easily tried to sell me something unnecessary, but instead he was straightforward and honest about the condition of my roof. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values integrity over making a sale. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company.

Guy Shoaf is a very knowledgeable and personable property improvement consultant. He arrived promptly for the appointment and respectfully listened to our roofing concerns. He inspected our roof and provided photos for our review. Guy commenced educating us regarding services and products offered by RedBird Roofing that will solve our concerns and roofing issues. We understood and acquiesced with his findings and suggestions/solutions. This spring, we will purchase a new roof from RedBird Roofing. We have complete confidence in Guy Shoaf and RedBird Roofing.
