This was such a great moving experience! I remember feeling nervous because I had a really bad experience in the past with another moving company. This time I had delicate items and live in a 2 floor home. The owner was there and really took care of all my stuff. I highly recommend them!

Norbert and his crew are the BEST. Professional, super fast, careful, kind, just totally excellent. Do yourself a favor and use them for your moves. He makes life much less stressful.

The pricing provided was extremely competitive. The owner, Norbert, provided an estimate that reflected accurate pricing. The day of the move they arrived on time, were extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Norbert and 3 crew members packed and loaded our furniture and belongings on Monday, then he and 2 crew members drove them to Gainesville early Tuesday and unloaded them into a large rented storage unit. Everything was done in a highly professional and competent way. All furniture was carefully wrapped and all boxes were clearly marked. Everything was placed on the truck in a masterful way and at the destination things were placed in the storage unit so as to make the best use of space while maintaining accessibility. Everything arrived in good condition and there were no unpleasant surprises. It was an ideal move. We highly recommend Red Box Moving and would certainly use them again.

The move went excellent, it took about 10 hours including the packing, unpacking, and travel.

First, Norbert called the day before to confirm the appointment, which is almost unheard of anymore.  They arrived a little early and began taking our stuff to the truck.   These guys are not slackers, don't take breaks and push themselves to get the job done quickly and efficiently.  They were very conscientious about packing our items, moving items up the steps without marking the walls, carefully setting things down and moving them into place.  You can tell these guys are pros !   <br /> We've used Red Box 3 times to move within the last 4 years and would use them again in a heartbeat ! <br />

Fabulous!  I moved into an old house that needed renovations, very stressful.  Norbert and is crew made the moving part stress free.  I was a little concerned because there was not the usual paper trail that large moving companies request, however, whenever I call Norbert he answered his phone, even on a job, and assured me he would be there.  They arrived on time and took great care of my furniture wrapping every piece and taking their time.  Norbert even disassembled and reassembled a daybed.  They were very patient with the placement of furniture in my new home.   <br /> Thnak you, Norbert and crew, for making the actual physical journey of my move stress free. <br />

Norbert and his Red Box Moving crew are outstanding! I called Norbert a week prior to moving three hours north of Fort Lauderdale. The next morning he was at our apartment sizing up what was to be moved and quoted me a price right there, guaranteeing it would not go up.The next week, he and his crew showed up on time and immediately began moving our belongings down two flights of stairs. They were quick, handled our fragile items with care, and were friendly and courteous the entire time. <br /> When they arrived at our new home on schedule, they promptly unloaded our stuff with as much care as they had loaded it. Nothing was damaged. His guaranteed price did not go up one cent. <br /> Moving is stressful enough as it is. However, once I met Norbert and especially once he and his crew arrived and got to work, I did not have to worry one second about our belongings. When the owner of the company is also the driver of the truck moving your stuff which he also loads/unloads, you know he is committed to providing top-notch service. <br /> There are, of course, many So Fla-based movers. Some will quote you a lower price than Red Box. These same ones will also give an estimate over the phone, never bothering to see for themselves what has to be moved. My previous experience with movers like this have shown they will often change the conditions of the move, either upping the price at the last minute or delaying the arrival of your belongings. With Norbert and Red Box Moving, this was not the case. I give them my highest recommendation. <br />

I didn't fill in the price because I can't remember what it was BUT at the time, I remember thinking it was a fair and reasonable price. <br /> <br /> Prompt, courteous, efficient, detailed and FAST. First time movers were faster than me!! Loved the personal communication with Norbert; always answers his phone, always in touch. Norbert's workers are very focused and courteous, they took special care with my most fragile items. I usually stress over getting moved because I feel like I have to 'be on top of everything', but Red Box is so efficient, it was really effortless...I felt really taken care of. Definitely will used them again and highly recommend them. <br /> <br />

<em><em>The appointment was simple to make via telephone to RED BOX MOVING.  Norbert, the owner followed up with a call the evening before to confirm the time. <br /> He and his partner showed up a few minutes early for our scheduled apointment. The truck was clean and they had plenty of blankets and shrink wrap to ake sure the contents of the property were well protected.  We were moving model home furniture between properties. The truck was loaded in minutes and we were on our way. <br /> At the destination property, they had to use tools to free up a frozen lock so double doors could be opened. They were quick and positive problem solvers and made sure the furniture was placed where we wanted it before they left. <br /> I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will use them again.</em></em> <br />

We have moved several times in our lives but this was the best service we ever had. The owner was always on time, flexible and very accommodating. This was a difficult move because the furniture had to be stored, some of it was diverted (with last minute changes). Every promise Norbert made was kept with a lot of understanding for details. Best moving service ever. Would hire again. <br />

I have used this mover twice in the past 8 months.  The employees remembered me.  The owner remembered me.  The owner comes with the move and works very hard.  Everyone is extremely patient and helpful.  Prior to the move the owner was very responsive to calls, emails and texts.  This is tough to accomplish for any owner/operator but somehow he did it.  The level of customer service cannot be beat.  I highly recommend Norbert and his crew. <br />

Norbert was great throughout, he was friendly helpful and respectful and got things done right, he also co-ordinated the move with the office building he was picking the stuff up from. <br />

Red Box Moving Inc. is the most professional & reliable moving company I've ever used. This is my second time using them & the experience is equally as good as the first time. Norbert(the owner) returns phone calls & comes on time on the moving date. He & his workers packed up everything quickly & diligently. They unpacked me just as swiftly. Moving is a stressful experience. Using a company like Red Box puts my mind at ease because I know my furniture & other belongings are in good hands. <br />

Norbert and his team couldn't be more accomodating and professional.  It was the hottest day of the year and they were busy as bees the whole time.  We hired them 2 years ago for the first time and will continue to use them and recommend them for future moves. <br />

They called before coming. Came on time. Carefully wrapped and moved out the selected pieces of furniture. Delivered them, placed them where I wanted them, and removed all wrappings. There was the boss and two helpers for the job. <br />
