Anthony was very informative explaining the remove computer. Called the next day to see how everything was working. He came over to help me to set w/my wifi. Said I can call any time if I need assistance. I have already recommended him to a few people and will continue to do so. He is very trustworthy.

Anthony attempted to help me over the phone but every suggestion failed, so we scheduled the appointment for the next business day. Rob was punctual and efficient. He had not encountered this problem before but solved it quickly (without making me feel like an idiot). While onsite he also did some quick maintenance, removing unwanted cookies, etc. Am now back to usual functionality. Another positive experience.

We made the call on 2 November 2016 asking for their assistance regarding replacing our printer. Mike did some research and Anthony called later that day with their recommendation. We agreed and he said they would arrive at our home between 2:30 and 3:00pm the next day. Anthony called at about 12:00 on the 3rd asking if RedCat could come early. Rod arrived about 12:30pm, installed the new printer, and finished about an hour later. He was very personable and efficient while installing the new device. He also took away the old printer so we would not have to dispose of it. The new printer seems to be an excellent choice (we're still learning as it is a bit different from what we had). Another very positive experience with RedCat!

It went great. I took my desktop PC to Redcat on 29 March about 9:45 am. My PC was ready the next morning when I called. Anthony reported that there were no problems with the PC and that the installation of both software packages was easy. After I brought my PC home and had a question about Windows 10, Anthony assisted me by phone on 30 March so I could locate, and import, the favorites I had on Windows 8--it was business as usual shortly thereafter. <p>we tried to schedule using the online feature, but they never responded beyond the first request - so we just dropped it off at their office. The person who my husband spoke with when he dropped off the machine was rude and not helpful. He essentially said - you might have a virus and I'm not going to do more than one hour of work on this machine without charging you more...which was not a problem since that's what the deal stated - but he didn't' need to be a jerk about it.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>They did the tune up as paid for in the deal and were done on time. The technician that helped my husband when he picked up the machine was polite, but we won't use this company's services again.</p> <br />

We did not respond to the online query for services. We as a Company did not know that we were set up for that type of request at Angies List. We make sure in the future that is rectified. Secondly the perceptions for rudeness... I can say with all honestly that I/we have never been rude to any new or existing customers. Thirdly the statement about only working on your computer for one hour. Our tune-ups are a 3 hour process ... we would have never said this to any of our customers. Your husband must have miss understood our comments in some way. We regret for any miss understanding that has occurred. We are sorry we have lost your trust and we offer a free-tune-up of your computer and this is valid until December 31st, 2015. Thank you."

We had someone call us and said our pc was infected and proceed to "show" us how we had other IP address attached to our pc and all the updates that were not being updated, etc. By the time they were done we couldn't get on the internet. We dropped off the pc to RedCatPC the next day they had the pc fixed and returned to us. It has been doing great ever since. They were quick to return the pc back to us. <br />
