We had Matt and Owen out from the Reddi team to diagnose issues we had with our RO system, and although it was bad news that the system failed and we had to replace it, Matt and Owen were very professional and were able to get us a great price on getting a new one installed! They were very quick and efficient on providing the services, and also let me ask some questions and share some laughs. They also let us throw an additional request with an issue with a faucet at them last minute and they were very happy to help and got that fixed as well! All around a great duo and love having the Reddi team available for all of our needs, best plumbing company in the valley!!

Called for same day service. Brent Sanderson came out and solved my problem in seconds. He was super polite and helpful even though my issue was 100% caused by me and was totally dumb. He treated me with respect and dignity and was overall an amazing technician. I would have him back any time.

Chris was excellent, communicating every step of the way about the condition of our AC/Heating unit , the repairs, or the choice to buy an entirely new unit. Much different approach and attitude than others who have visited for an HVAC diagnosis, as the theme with others has always been to push for a total replacement. Chris found and fixed all the problems. Very competent, thorough, with a helpful attitude. Signed up for an ongoing service plan and we will buy our new HVAC system from Reddi when it is time to replace it. Highly recommended

Shower faucet had developed a leak. Since I had history with Reddi, I immediately called them. Even though not urgent, they had someone (Kevin) at my place within a very few hours. Kevin was quick and efficient in seeing the issue and with the replacement part on his truck, made the repair in quick order. Nice gentleman and seems to know his stuff. This is the only plumbing company I will consider for any future issues!

Septic Tank - Clean or Pump Out
I had scheduled service, it was a few days out and I was concerned about a delay. They explained that I still had time. I then asked if there was a cancellation to put me on the list. They were able to come the day before. The employee was very knowledgeable and helped me to better understand the septic system. Very kind and polite! I will use them again and recommend them to my neighbors!

I was referred to Reddi Services by a trusted friend to get a second opinion on some work that had recently been completed by another contractor. When their work did not resolve the original issue they suggested another solution, sight unseen. I called Reddi Services and asked for Chris Shuck based on his reputation for providing excellent customer service. I was not disappointed. He inspected the work that was previously done and cleaned up things that the others left behind. He thoroughly inspected the situation and presented pictures of where things could have been improved. When he left, I had a better understanding of what was addressed and what was done. Used these guys to replace my drain lines (major, expensive job) and bath tub and surround, they did a good job, so called again to replace water heater. Pepe did an excellent job. I have a trades background, so I watch like a hawk and know if work is being done right. Professional, very, very nice person to deal with. Very conscientious about cleaning up after work done. Pepe gave good recommendations with the estimate. Brought everything up to plumbing code.

Brent Sanderson inspected my drain lines and did a fantastic job. He was very patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions and making sure I understood the results. He addressed all of my plumbing questions and needs, helped me locate my cleanouts, and even showed me how to use them. He walked me through the camera footage, explained the condition of the pipes in detail, and never rushed the process. I’d highly recommend him for any sewer or drain inspection work.
