A job that was promised to be completed in 30 days took 350 days to finalized. Multiple excuses given again and again as to why start was delayed. Will not do business with them again.

Strongly recommend against using this company. It has been a year since we started two bathroom renovations and still not done. Started late, willing to do work not in code and still has not finished the work.

Red Ladder Remodeling hasn’t started on my house yet, but I am posting here to share my excitement. I met with the reps 7 times before we nailed down what I wanted with the budget I had. They’ve been so patient and had great ideas! I cannot wait to get my master suite!!

Communication was excellent with Red Ladder. From the office support staff, the project manager Sami, and the installers Vinny and Lou, all were excellent with communication. I truly appreciate the timeliness of the installers, the attention to detail, and precision with the design with this remodel. We would absolutely recommend Red Ladder. I appreciate this company’s commitment to excellence.

This was a total disaster. They are totally unprofessional and incompetent. They put me through 6 weeks of ****. This was supposedly a simple remodeling project of replacing my kitchen flooring (and not a cheap project). The contract stated that they would remove the old linoleum kitchen flooring, prepare the surface, and then install the new flooring. Instead, they placed the new flooring directly onto the old linoleum flooring. The problem was that the glue would not dry, and the tiles would not stay in place with the glue seeping between all the tiles; consequently, the floor became a glue sticky mess with the glue being walked throughout the house. After multiple calls and delayed starts they had to remove the new floor as well as the original linoleum floor (as planned) and then replace the new floor. The replacement project took a week.. which just prolonged the painful experience. The company seemed totally unsympathetic regarding the fact that they had totally "messed" up and had caused me significant inconvenience. The only time that they seemed to act in a professional manner was during the initial consultation before I had actually paid the deposit. Thereafter, it was a very unpleasant experience dealing with them.

It as AMAZING and when the renovation was completed I couldn’t believe the change . Every morning when I wake up and see our BEAUTIFUL master bathroom I love it more. Communication is important and Red Ladder Renovation went above and beyond our expectations.
