"Karen, we are disappointed to read this review because it contains a number of statements that we strongly dispute and does not accurately represent the full circumstances of this project. There were delays during this project, including permitting, scheduling, and inspection-related matters, and we acknowledge that communication could have been better at certain points. However, the timeline and circumstances described in this review do not reflect all of the facts or the efforts made by our company to address concerns and complete the contracted work. We also take any safety or workmanship concern seriously. When issues were identified, we worked to address them and continued working through the inspection and correction process. We strongly disagree with the characterization that we knowingly left unsafe work or simply demanded payment despite refusing to correct legitimate issues. Most concerning to us is the decision to bring our company's Christian faith and the meaning behind the Red Letter name into a construction dispute. Our faith and the Bible verses on our website are an expression of the values our company strives to operate by. We respect that customers may have concerns or disagreements about a project, and those concerns should absolutely be discussed. However, we do not believe our religious beliefs should be used to attack our character or suggest that a disagreement over a construction project makes those beliefs insincere. There are two sides to every situation, and we have documentation regarding the project timeline, permitting, communications, inspections, corrective work, and payment history. We stand behind presenting those facts accurately and fairly. We regret that this project ended with this level of disagreement, but we cannot allow inaccurate statements or attacks involving our faith to go unanswered."
