The job was done efficiently neatly. No shortcuts Workers were polite. Knowledgeable and great craftsmen Oscar went above and beyond and volunteered to replace my broken toilet seat lid cover Also did a couple of extra jobs which was a great help

I met and am partnered with a wonderful women of whom I have had the pleasure of being with for 14 years..unfortunately I have also inherited the headaches of keeping up with her 40 year old residence. The electrical, Hvac system, plumbing, yard etc. have All needed replaced or repaired in some fashion or other as should be expected for an older property..It's been an absolute nightmare trying to find someone that is not either gouging you on price or doing less than professional work for these repairs..so its a breath of fresh air when you find someone that not only does good professional work but also charges reasonably for their services,that fresh air came in the form of Redo House..I needed some tile grout replacement in one bathroom and a seat for another shower retiled..after many calls ( from a listed service) and many ridiculous quotes , Karla from Redo set me up with their tile man Oscar..and did the work with very gratifying results. Thank you Karla and Oscar..

It was great experience working with Oscar. He’s professional in communication, work approach and quality of job. We hired him to install 3 bathroom’s tiles, he’s experienced and thorough from waterproofing, tiling to grouting. We’re very happy with the result. He also kept the job site clean and even helped me with other small job. I highly recommend Oscar.

Oscar runs his company, RH-Redo House, with the utmost of integrity. From the initial consultation, to the finished product, Oscar and Leonardo worked with precision and skill to install our porcelain tiles and baseboards. The beautiful result is due to the care and craftsmanship of Oscar and Leonardo. We never had to worry about removing/reinstalling appliances, and Oscar picked up materials as needed. The work areas, inside and out, were left spotless. We will hire Oscar for any future home project. Anyone would be fortunate to have a home project completed by this honest, skilled, hard-working man.

I waited awhile to write a review to see how the replaced grout held up, and I’m happy to report that 10 months later there have been no issues in the primary shower. May 2025 I had Oscar redo the grout in the primary & guest showers. The primary shower is used almost daily & the work is 100% better than our poor attempt to do it ourselves a couple year ago. The guest shower is only used when people visit a couple times a year, so Nov 2025 after family left we noticed the grout in a corner was peeling away. I contacted Oscar to get it fixed, & he immediately offered to fix it the next week. We had family coming again in Dec 2025 so I wanted to wait to see how the grout held up after a week of use. The grout has since survived & now I’m finally getting around to writing this review. I’ll definitely be having him come again to fix any grout & tile work in the future. Even for a small project he was professional both times & took the work seriously.

Due to an old shower valve and failing galvanized pipe behind existing shower tile, we had an ongoing leak issue. We were very pleased when Redo House assessed the situation and told us that the leak could be fixed and the tile could removed and reinstalled after another provider had told us the tile was not salvageable. We were impressed that their team went into the crawl space under the house and confirmed there was not water damage and provided photo evidence-all as part of the initial free estimate process. On the scheduled day, the team replaced the faulty valve, pipe (with copper), and re-installed the existing tile. You can virtually not tell that the tile was removed--very clean work. They also cleaned up some of the other tile that had mold growth and re-caulked areas where the glass wall was leaking and not sealed correctly with the floor pan. Our "like new" shower now works beautifully!

We needed help replacing some cracked tiles on our front steps. Karla was super professional, timely and very competitively priced.

I highly recommend calling this tile contractor. He was able to give a bid over the phone and that's what it cost and it was significantly lower than some of the other contractors. His work was excellent. He was fast and efficient and his expertise was evident in a perfect job well done

Redo House helped our family with our dream bathroom. He is very efficient, they were very neat about tearing the old bathroom. They were professional, timely and dedicated to getting the job done quickly, but with high quality. We are happy we our new bathroom and will be doing our master bathroom with Redo House at the end of 2025.
