Tux was the consummate professional and an extremely hard worker while restoring my front deck and back porch. Not only did he do an amazing job with the restoration, but he also "redid" previous painters' sloppy work. Tux was easy to work with and I look forward to hiring him next summer to do some additional work on my home. We made an inquiry on the Sunday before Memorial Day and within 30 minutes Tux was calling us and said he could stop by within an hour for a quote. He came by and was very personable and professional. He gave us a breakdown of everything he would do and he backed it up and then some! He is very meticulous with his work and the results were amazing! And his pricing was very reasonable. We highly recommend and when we need more work done he will be our first call!

Tux responded to me within a half hour. He did a video call with me from within the rooms that I needed painted. I truly appreciated his expertise in pointing out things in detail that I hadn’t noticed or considered. He went above and beyond to complete the job on time. The walls, ceiling, trim and doors look so nice! I would hire Tux again without hesitation.

REDO Properties is extremely professional, efficient and very friendly. Tux was very accommodating to our request. He was, also, very clear in his explanation of how he would or how he couldn't complete our certain request when painting our vinyl siding. He went above and beyond to see that we were satisfied with his work. Tux restained our property in Bridgton in the summer of 2025. He did an amazing job preparing the house for the stain, having to sand the entire house. He also changed the color of the trim, which also required multiple coats. We couldn't have been happier with his work and the outcome!

Redo Properties helped ready my mother's home to be listed for sale. A fresh coat of paint was applied on the interior walls and the wood siding on the garage to give the property a fresh, clean look. Cal did an excellent job of painting our home on the exterior and then both exterior and interior on a recent addition. He is excellent to work with and does an excellent job on every detail.

We needed a stairwell and hallway painted and Cal was able to start the next day. He spent time to totally prep the walls and caulk around the many doors, so that the finished job looked very professional. I'm never going to attempt home painting again when I know I can trust Cal to do a great job in a timely manner and for a reasonable charge. Thank you Redo Properties!

We are thrilled with Redo Properties. We had to upgrade most of the interior of our house. Floors, windows and of course paint. We are so glad that we hired Redo Properties and Tux recommended that we include the ceilings. We did not originally think they needed to be done. The brightness the freshly painted ceilings brought to our entire interior was transformative. It made the ceilings feel much taller without the yellow halos that were showing before. He also was meticulous with the trim work and while the floors are great the new paint is what makes the renovations really stand out.

Tux was a blessing. Even though getting the color correct was a bit of a journey, he and his helpmates were a joy to have on my property. His work ethic was above and beyond what else is out there and I have already sung his praises to my friends. Hire him and you'll have a similar experience.

Tux previously painted the exterior of another property we own. We had bought the new property and it was in need of a major paint job - basically the entire interior. The current paint colors were all very dark and there was significant detail work to be done with things like board and batten, built ins and, pine beams and v-groove. This was a home my wife and I decided we were going to get exactly right. As before, Tux did a detailed walkthrough, provided a thorough estimate and followed through with the exceptional work we've come to expect from him. High quality paint, craftmanship and a do it until it's right attitude produces a great product.

Most amazing paint job ever. Tux is amazing and thorough, we were unsure of the color picked, he helped us get it darkened, no extra cost. Fixed siding that needed to be fixed. I will only have Redo/Tux paint our house again.
