They said I had too much work for them to do and it was too hot outside

"I don't understand how this can be so. you paid me to mow and cut your front and back yard and that's what we did. why on your review your stating that it was too hot to work when the work was complete. you wanted me to do something extra as in move a 2,000 lb water feature and we couldn't so I get a bad review because of that? was your yard mowed and cut I have the pictures to show you. it's sad how you can't please no one these days they rather tear you down and leave a bad review. but guess what I'm not worried about it God is in control."

Very well. Lance Brown is a true professional. He was courteous, a good listener, knew how to apply sod without cutting corners, was creative about dealing with unexpected problems, and above all was a man of his word. He gave me a fair deal, and kept to the budget I could afford. I could see how much he cared about his work and that he took great pride in it. That is something rare to see these days. I would hire him again in a second. He is a good man and very trustworthy.

My Boy Red made sure to get my Yard tight!!! He and his workers did an EXCELLENT JOB They took VERY GOOD CARE OF US!!! He showed his skills on what a Great Landscaper he is and He gave great recommendations on the plants and which types would be BEST for each area around the house He treated Us like FAMILY!!!

Lance and his team did a fantastic job. This is the 2nd yard that he has done for me and both times his team was professional, worked through rain, heat and bitter cold to get the jobs done on time. He takes personal pride in all of his work and his pricing is fantastic. I would highly recommend him and if you are not exactly sure of what you want to get done, Lance will offer his expertise and give you ideas of what would work best. Highly recommend!!!

Lance provides an excellent service. My backyard was in bad shape and he recommended laying fresh sod and mulch, which I hired him to do. He’s a great guy to work with and is very communicative and knowledgeable. He had great suggestions for everything and provided excellent results. Would definitely hire again.

Lance and Red Lawn did an amazing job! My house had absolutely no curb appeal and I was really bothered by it. Lance reached out right away, listened to me briefly explain what I wanted, and was able to figure out the perfect landscaping for my hectic schedule that was beautiful and easy to maintain. He is also quick to respond, accommodating to changes, and is easy to get a hold of. An absolute 10/10.

Red’s Lawn Service was amazing! Lance and his team installed some new sod, helped repair some of my sprinklers, and landscaped my yard. My yard was looking really rough and with their help, it came out absolutely perfect! They did some extra touches here and there to help spruce up the appearance of my yard. With the covid19 pandemic, Lance and his team were faced with vendor shortages (everyone in SA was using their stay at home orders to work on their yards); however, this did not stop Lance and team. They continued pushing through and maximized their time to get the yard prepped and ready. They treated the yard for grub worms, tilled it, laid new soil, and landscaped with gravel around a tree and my shed. His team worked from early morning through the late evenings every day until the job was complete. They even made a walkway for my trash can which was a last minute request from me. Without any hesitation, it was done before I knew it. Lastly, the sprinkler system I have in place was stubborn and not cooperating. They never gave up and got it working again. I was super impressed! They are awesome! Highly recommend!

I can't vouch for this company's lawn service, but the stone walkway that they installed is a complete mess. The stones are not level, so it's very bumpy when wheeling garbage cans over it, and there are pools of water that accumulates. A lot of the mortar was left on top of the stones, so it looks horrible. They just have no knowledge with this kind of work. I wasted a couple thousand dollars, but I wish I spent an extra thousand and go with a professional stone mason. I would attach a picture if I could.

We spoke before are final finish before you paid me, I ask if you didn't like those little lumbs then we can take it up and you guys can pay for more materials that was needed. YOU said No. The only way it's not level as the complaint is because we need more materials. I gave a higher bid so it can cover all the supplies needed for job. YOU said you was on a budget so I work you a deal that you was able to pay. You said this area was for trash can usage only. My first bid seem higher to you, but it was all for a reason."

I met with Lance, and he gave various estimated prices depending on whether we wanted rock or mulch. A few weeks later he offered a discount of almost $1000 off the price and promised he had great ideas for our landscape. -Lance and crew spent about 2 days removing old shrubs and cleaning out flower beds. Then mulch was put down, and bougainvillea were planted. At our request, they also planted some of our plants that had been in pots. Communication could have been better. There were also several things left undone. Lance was very nice in person and quick to respond to texts, but there were a lot of excuses that were made during the process that I wonder about.
