I called Joey in the afternoon and he was able to arrive within 30 minutes. He repaired a leak and recharged the small heat pump in our pool house and completed preventative maintenance on the 4.5 and 3 ton units on the house. This included wash all the coils and going through the systems to make sure everything was in good working order. I wouldn't hesitate to call Joey again. He's very honestly and won't charge you an arm and leg.

Great-shows up when he said he would and did a thorough job. Super nice guy, knowledgeable about what he was doing and took the time to explain the steps he was doing. Definitely would have him back out!

Last year, in the heat of the summer, our a/c unit started blowing warm. I had refrigerant added, but it only lasted a few weeks before blowing warm again. So I got a couple of different quotes for repair. Most of the companies told me that I needed to replace my entire a/c unit, at a cost of about $5 - $6,000. Joey, with Red Stick Air, came in with a tool and located the leak. It was the coil in the attic, and I could see right away that it was rusted and in bad shape. Joey let us know that we could replace the coil only and stop the leak. He said that while the system is old (about 10 years), the coil is usually what leaks first due to the moisture in it's environment causing rust. With a new coil, we might get some more years out of the unit. We got a coil instead a new unit, saved thousands, and it's been working for about 10 months now. I really appreciate someone taking the time to explain what was happening, and let me make a decision about repairing the leak, versus being given a blanket quote by someone that just says "recommend replacement."

Went great. Joey with Red Stick Air performed the yearly maintenance on my AC system. Several issues were found, the main one being the air blowing out not being cool.  The problems were found and corrected in no time at all.  Very impressed with this company.          The first thing I noticed when I called was that Joey and his team were very professional. Joey set a date to come out and inspect my current air conditioning unit. He did a great job explaining what needed to be repaired or replaced and also gave some recommendations on other aspects of heating and cooling such as adding more insulation or adding an extra turbine on my roof to help with expelling the heat that builds up in the attic during summer months. He was very informative I never felt like he was just trying to sell me a new air conditioner.  <br>           Once I knew all my options I decided to replace my old AC system with a new one, and I could not be happier with my decision. The installation took about half a day but when they were done everything was picked up cleaner than it was when they first arrived. My AC unit runs about half the time now,also my utility bill is much lower. I would definitely recommend Joey and his team at Red Stick Air <br>
