Very good service. Hector and Ivis really cared about the job. Hector spotted a problem tree we couldn't see from the ground. It had developed a split at a high Y wear large limbs wer hanging. It could have fallen on our house. I saw the damaged Y when they brought it down. There worth every dollar

Redwood Tree Care showed up early and finished the project on time. They went above and beyond to clean my driveway and roof of leaves and debris, even though they were not asked to do so. I highly recommend them for there hard work and attention to detail. The trees I had removed were over 3 stories tall !

I got 2 quotes from other services and Redwood gave me by far the best price and they did an excellent job! I will hire them again and I recommend them!

Exceptional crew, give price, came on scheduled day, did all the work we discussed and cleaned up after. I even gave a tip I was so satisfied. The crew is scheduled to come next weekend to do more work on the hillside. I would give 10 stars if you had the option.

The gentlemen arrived on time, and took care of business! Very professional and very respectful.

The problem is that Ivis, the owner of the company, did not properly grind the stump. While grinding he cut into the main water pipe from the street and never said anything to me. Two days later I noticed the problem and brought it to his attention. He then claimed the pipe was already broken although he failed to tell me while the work was in progress. He then asked if I'd like him to check it out. It's now been over a month and Ivis hasn't responded and has ignored repeated requests to repair the damage. Ivis is unreliable and doesn't stand behind his work.

It was great! Mr. Ruvalcaba contacted me on 4/28/22 immediately after I left a message. He was pleasant, polite and professional throughout our contacts, which were conducted via phone/text/email, as I live out of the area. The job required removing several large fallen/damaged branches from a heritage oak on a vacant lot, cleaning up the debris and clearing the lot. He went out the same day, provided a written estimate and the work was completed and photos provided by noon the next day! Very impressive and highly recommended!

They did a good job. I would use the service again. They were fast, on time, they cleaned up, and everything was good.
