"Mr [Member Name Removed] this is Matthew, I want the truth to be told sir, you hired me to remove a tree and plant a robilini palm tree which I did, during the process of the project, you advised me that you wanted a stump grinded, which I do not do. I told you if you would like I can help assist finding a stump grinder contractor to remove the stumps in your yard. I found you a contractor which then you and him agreed to a separate price to remove your stump, (nothing to do with our company) the stump grinder contractor proceeded to grind your stump, I planted your new tree you were happy and we did a good job, ended our customer/company relationship in a good standing, at some point the stump grinder contractor which you and I both know must have hit your sprinkler system (pvc), at that point my company and I were finished with our job and gone, you paid the stump grinder contractor separate as we both know as well, therefore your allegations against my company are false because I do not even own a stump grinder.
