Awful never finished took my money left never came back he didn't know what he was doing

Reed does good work. Everything that he did was well done, and works great. However he is as slow as molasses. He drags everything out significantly longer than it needs to be. Originally everything was supposed to be done at the end of October, it didn't get done until the second week of December. Hire him if you have a lot of time on your hands, but if you want it done quickly, you either have to constantly be on him to get it done, or you may consider finding someone else.

Clean up wasn't perfect and we had to call to see when he was coming back to finish (after installing drywall). But the work is quality and he finished it nicely. We changed our minds a couple of times and he worked with us and discussed options. We are very happy with the work. <br />

I will not use Reed Jessee again. We intended to use him for a large $14k remodel. To begin with, he started on a small job that was time sensitive. He said it would take 2 days max. He didn't even show up to work several days when he said he would and never kept us updated about the job or when he was coming. <br /> In the end he did about 1/3 of the work that he agreed to. He was meant to rip out a cupboard and do the drywall--none of this got done AND he installed sheet rock OVER our pot light. We had to pay to get all of this work redone. The worst part? He still wanted to charge his incredibly overpriced $50 per hour. This price was meant to include materials but he didn't use almost any materials because he didn't drywall. He didn't do the insulation. It was an absolute disaster. We got no apology. Nothing. And we were going to give him over $14k of business so I can't figure out why he treated us so poorly. Go elsewhere. <br /> In fact, Reed Jessee is the reason I'm leaving Angie's List and relying solely on neighbor and co-worker recommendations again.

Reed Jessee responded to my call over the holiday weekend,  and we were able to schedule the work the next business day. He was prompt, fast, courteous, and pleasant to work with. Great price, great service, excellent work.  I'll call them again.  <br />

This company is fantastic.  They did a quality job on all the requests and stayed on budget.  Preston was great to work with and communicated really well especially when we needed to deviate from the plan or ran into a road block.  The finished product is better than we could have hoped.  I would highly recommend them to anyone. <br />

Everything turned out and looked great. I'm very happy with the outcome and it turned out just how I had envisioned it in my mind. I will use Reed again for future projects.

Reed is a good man. He excels in painting, not in plumbing. He took a look at the outside of my house and figured out why this stuff was falling off. He stayed late and did a really good job. His prices I felt were reasonable. He fit me in with his other jobs. I would use him again if I could get a hold of him. He is hard to get a hold of because he is busy.

He responded quickly to my phone calls.  When he came to look at the job he gave me a full account of what he would do and the cost.  He listened to my concerns and ideas and made suggestions for ceiling textures.  I enjoyed working with him because he obviously has lots of drywall experience.  He was very timely with the work. <br />

I had a deadline by which I needed the work done, and Reed met the deadline.  I would have liked it done sooner, but mother nature didn't cooperate because of high-humidity slowing the drying of drywall & paint.  Also we had a delay because we needed the termites treated before we could move forward.  When the termite extermination company finished, then Reed got right back on the job.  He did a great job with the painting, and he was very neat & tidy.  He painted two rooms & three closets, & 2 accent walls in bright colors that I had selected.

I received a bathroom, laundry and utility room that looks great.  Reed was able to utilize every available square inch available in the very limited space.  He had to break up concrete and move several pipes to accomplish this task.  He moved pipes into the wall to improve the overall appearance of the room.  I was expecting a cramped bathroom next to the laundry room.  He spent considerable <br /> amount of time designing a layout to maximize the space.  The bathroom doesn't look cramped at all.  Reed was able to fit a 36" shower into the bathroom.  I am very pleased on how the new room looks.  I would highly recommend Reed Jessee.  I rehired Reed to install cabinets in the laundry room. <br /> <br /> <br />

He was very helpful in discussing options available to complete the job.  I was very pleased by the craftsmanship.  I decided to hire him to complete the down stairs bathroom.  I would highly recommend Reed Jessee. <br /> <br /> <br />

Reed Jesse did an excellent job of repairing the shower and painting the deck. He investigated how to repair the stucco and did an excellent job with the repair. I had asked several others to do the job, but no one knew how or was willing to do the difficult work to get it done. Reed warrantied his work for one year. He is busy, gets to you as soon as he can, and is willing to work late into the night to get the job done.

They did a superb job. He is an older guy and works with his son. He is a grumpy old man, but they do a very good job. I heard them say that they specialize in drywall. They are very thorough. It went very well. He recommended I use sturdy pipes and not the snake like slinky aluminum pipes because I could not get to the slinky pipes if they fell behind a finished drywall. I thought that was a pretty wise way to think. That is what he did for us and I liked that. I like when somebody is on top of it and they are making good recommendations. He did quite extensive stuff. He had to jackhammer some of the cement out. I thought his price was pretty decent. He took the longest to do my bid. He took 40 minutes and he was totally thorough. He gave me a really well thought out bid.

They were meticulous and did a really good job with my bathroom. He gave a lot of good suggestions on what is better long-term and he used only the best materials. We're thinking of building a new house, and we're thinking of hiring him and his son help us with that, that's how much we think of them.
