"Provided customer with estimate, customer approved estimate, and I picked up the cash deposit on a Tuesday. I scheduled the job for the Friday of the same week, but needed to reschedule due to a sudden separation with my wife which involves custody issues. We rescheduled for the following Friday with hope my personal family issues would be resolved, which they were not so I canceled the appointment with the customer on Friday, and I also informed them that due to my personal matters I am going to return the equipment and materials the following Monday, and as long as the return payment processed into my account by Tuesday, that i would return the money Tuesday evening. I contacted them Tuesday afternoon informing them I wouldn't be able to get the refund to them their money that evening and that I would bring it by the next day. They immediately said that was unacceptable and told me that they were filing lawsuits and throwing the book at me. They complained to the Attorney General of NH, BBB, left bad reviews on my Facebook page, google page, Angie, jobber, and more. They even had there daughter that lives in a different state involved publicly dragging my name through the mud and calling me a criminal."
