So what exactly "do you do" you may ask? The easy answer is: We are a turnkey solutions provider for the exterior of your home or business. What that means is we can handle pretty much every fathomable project or repair on the exterior (and in a few cases, interior) of your home or office. Reed's Outdoor Services has three divisions: Tree Services, Exterior Services (Exterior Real Estate Rehab/Remodel/Repair/Install), and Exterior Make-Ready: We offer "1 off" services, as well as basic "make ready" packages, to those in the investment and Real Estate market.. No need to find multiple contractors for multiple tasks, haggle multiple contacts/contracts. With Reed's, those headaches are a thing of the past.

Hired them after the June storm in Dallas, agreed on a job which included Tree Trimming and fence. After the storm I asked for a tree to be removed -which they did- but did not come to work on the fence. I paid them $4,700 in advance and will forever regret it. They finally called back and offered me a refund and hey never sent it. They left material in my house and never came back. I do not recommend them at all

You are absolutely correct on a few points: initially, you did hire us to demo your old fence, install a fence and trim a few trees in the back yard. You also hired us to tear down a barn as well. That is the extent of where we agree on your account of things that transpired. We started by demoing your barn, which you did not cut the electricity off to as instructed. What should have taken 1 day took 2.5 because of this error on your part. We trimmed/removed 4 trees in your back yard. We were about to begin demolition of your fence when you informed us that you had concerns about your Live Oak in the front yard. Upon inspection it was noted that the tree was failing and we advised you that it could potentially collapse and hit your home. We gave you the discounted price of $4,100 for a technical removal. You stated "I'll wait". Two days later a tornado came through Dallas, which caused your Live oak to fail even more. At that time you requested us to remove the live oak, which we did. Secondary to all of the debris from the storm, no dumpsters were available and your neighbors objected to all the debris on the curb for bulk pickup. You asked us to wait until the tree waste was cleared to move forward with demoing the fence. We did so, however, you never paid us for the tree removal. At present you have an outstanding balance of $1,625. You received over $8,700 in services which you failed to mention above, however, you are correct: We did not erect your fence...... because you chose to utilize your account balance on other projects."

After storms came through our area, we had several trees mostly destroyed. There were limbs detached but hanging over the roof. We called Reed's and asked if they could do emergency same-day service on a Sunday. They came out in a few hours and worked until 1:30 AM Central getting the trees safe. They came back the next day and cleaned up the mess, piling everything at the street for city pickup as requested. They were really hard-working. They saved our roof, and we are very grateful for all of the hard work. The cost was less than I expected.

The entire crew was awesome. They were quick workers and got so much done. I am so impressed that I am getting estimates for several other jobs I need done. Bryce explains everything in understandable terms with options for every job. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did, and can’t wait for the next steps. Way beyond the norm, as these trees remained a big threat and danger to my home.The crew worked night and day to take down and remove them. Haul off and stump grinding, all services I would rate excellent. AND, all of this has been done in the recent rainy month.Repairs that are needed as soon as conditions allow, will be done as well. Mighty fine caring professional arborist. So very glad I called Bryce Reed's Outdoor Service.

I live 1 1/2 hours from Dallas. I had 3 large trees (two oak & one cedar) 25-30' tall that died last summer. Two were very close to my house and overhanging my roof. I had got quotes from other companies but they were all too high. I needed a fair quote with prompt & professional service. I was very happy when Reeds Outdoor's Services came and took care of me. I was especially happy with the quality of work. Reed's fell the trees perfectly without a scratch to my house and even cleared out another dozen smaller trees for me on my property. A large Hickory tree came down in one of the big storms a few months ago. I found Reeds Outdoor Service online. He answered the phone at 9 PM, was at my house an hour later. He gave a reasonable quote for the downed, still-hanging tree and we agreed to take down another large Hickory, three large Oaks, and several small dead, or dying, trees. The next morning he had an army, about 5 guys, of very well-trained very polite men working like an assembly line. It was awesome watching the talented guy climbing the large trees very close to my house and dismantling them. I’m writing today because I needed to look up Bryces phone number. I’m calling him tomorrow to ask him to do a few small things that I should have had done the first time, he suggested some of them that I chose not to do at the time. Reeds Tree Service raised the canopy, thinned out, or cut down our trees in the front & back yard exactly as I had envisioned - beautiful, open, clean! Bryce Reed delivered on his commitment exactly as we discussed when we met for the estimate. They cleaned up our front & back yard as if they were never around -- amazing! They even cut some wood into 18-24" sections for campfires at no extra cost. I highly, highly recommend Reeds Tree Service for excellent work, timely & friendly service, and a quality price.

I highly recommend!! Great service!! My leaf removal turned out to be bigger than what was expected, but he didn't mind and did an excellent job!! Very quick response to my estimate request and the job was done the same day as the estimate. **Update I was so pleased with my experience I had Reed’s crew remove and trim several over grown trees. During one of the last storms had a tree branch fall and break my window.. i emailed reeds outdoor.. and very promptly they responded with solutions to my issues.. reeds team arrived on time.. and uniformed (presentation was key) they did an amazing job took out my problem tree debris as well as the rest of the tree and all in a timely manner.. they did an amazing job and will keep their number handy given i plant more trees.

I called Reed’s, they showed up exactly when they said they would, very professional crew, they trimmed all 10 trees and cleaned up my yard in less than one day and complete removal of the eleventh tree the next day for a very reasonable price, I will definitely use them for all of my outdoor needs

Reeds has exceeded all my expectations...! Despite a large number of downed trees damaging the fences and gate over this last stormy year, Reeds has kept up their inspections of the property, communicated with me quickly regarding authorizing any needed work and performed it quickly as well as providing detailed video documentation of the damages for my Insurance provider. Most recently, while out of town, a serious windstorm took down 3 large trees, which of course, fell on the nearest fence. Based on hearing the news reports of the storm that had affected the Bryan-College Station area, Reeds conducted an "unscheduled" inspection of our property, contacted me via phone and email with photos of the damage, and upon authorization, removed the trees and repaired the fencing before any of my neighbor’s livestock could make a break for it. Reeds prices are on par with other Outdoor Contractors in the area, but their attention to detail, quality of their work and especially their CUSTOMER SERVICE are far and away the best in the Bryan-College Station area, even tho they are headquartered in Dallas. Being able to rely on ONE contractor for everything from mowing, tree service, fencing, roofing and exterior building maintenance is a blessing. Reeds provides the best value, by far and I give them my highest recommendation.

We called Reeds when we were selling a neglected property. He responded that same day to give us an estimate. Lawn was overgrown with dead patches, shrubs were overgrown, branches had broken off the trees and littered the entire back yard. The next day he was there with a uniformed crew. He mowed the lawn, edged and sodded the bare areas. All the shrubs were neatly trimmed (he even replaced a few). The trees were trimmed and all the debris cleared. He even went so far as to power wash the walkways and driveway at no charge. He and his crew really goes above and beyond. I would definitely use them again.

They were excellent!! Came out on short notice for a broken tree and inspected my roof while they were there and found hail damage that was causing a leak. Very kind and honest. Thank you guys so much for treating me fair and having very competitive prices. Tree and new roof for under $10,000 I mean you can’t beat that!!!

Back in early June after the big storm we had extensive damage to our landscaping and property. Several trees were down a few had damaged our landscaping and hardscaping. BRYCE and his team at reeds showed up quickly they did an amazing job not only clearing the damage but also giving our landscaping new life. I couldnt say enough good things about them honestly. Took one call and we were impressed it feels like most contractors you have to chase to get the job done but not Reeds we felt great about the decision they were transparent about everything which again is rare with contractors again can't say enough good things we will be using more of them soon on other projects
