The two gentlemen who handled the job were professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They left the area clean when they were done. Reed's was very prompt with their service and I am very pleased with the results. The trench at the deepest point was nearly 10 feet deep. When they filled the trench the result was very rocky and not smooth at all. The backhoe driver said to give it a couple of weeks to settle and then request they come back out to compact and smooth the area plus reinstall my clothesline pole that had to be removed to install the line. I requested yesterday afternoon for them to come out and finalize the job. They were here at 8:30 this morning. The site looks great, my clothesline pole is installed. In addition, Reed's hauled off a brush pile from my yard without my asking.

Had been warned by an acquaintance but hired anyway. Unsure if it was workman, or office, but along the way was grossly over billed. Several very civil conversations did not help. Simply turned into a he said/she said. The best we can do is spread the word.

I called Reed's Plumbing on Monday morning because I had no hot water. I bought my house in May of 2015 and this was my first problem with the hot water heater. The repairman arrived in a timely manner and relit my hot water heater. He observed it for about 15 minutes and it stayed lit. I paid him the $90 service charge minus a 5% senior discount. Early that evening, I did not have hot water. I relit the hot water heater. The same thing kept happening. I called Reed's plumbing on Tuesday and was told they would have the repairman call me. He did not. I called back on Wednesday and they said they would send a repairman out again and I would have to pay another $90 service call. I told them not to bother. I found a much better and more knowledgeable repairman at a reasonable price. DON'T CALL REED'S PLUMBING!
