We had trouble finding a contractor to come look at the project let alone give a good quote. Eric and Mike came out, told me exactly what they would do, and we sealed the deal with a handshake. Eric did send a formal quote for exactly what he said but ended up doing a little more at no additional charge. They did find more damage that what we had intended, but he called me, told me what the issue was, and how much it was going to cost. For that additional unexpected work, he charged me for materials only. Fair and honest. Very rare here in South Florida. They were very conscientious about keeping the work are clean, and made sure the job site was spotless every day at the end of the day. The work they did was outstanding and we are very happy with the end result.

They finished everything within the time frame they said they would and did an excellent job with my deck. I've received so many compliments on it. Very professional and timely. I'm really happy with the work.

I tried unsuccessfully to find a company to come give me a quote to repair my radius (shaped like a fan) dock. Then I found Eric and his company. His office returned my call that same day and came to see the dock the next morning. The shape of my dock is somewhat irregular so no one seemed to want to touch it but Eric saw that as a challenge and gave me a quote on the spot. He was very clear on what was included in his quote and what might be an additional charge once they pulled up the top boards. His men even went into the water to check underneath to ensure there would be no surprises. Eric and his men were on time every single day and if not he called to tell me why. He is also a perfectionist and used only the highest quality wood. The entire team was very nice as well as professional. They were very communicative as to what they needed to do and kept me informed as to the progress. The price was extremely reasonable and Eric always made sure to explain the charges to me. The result was fantastic! I keep looking out the window as it looks so great! I have no problem recommending Eric's company but I think he will be busy as once my neighbors saw the quality of his work they were rowing over to get his number!

Eric and Carlos and Crew were very professional on the job being honest and letting me know about everything that was wrong on my roof. Like there was rotten wood and that the other roofers who did it 10 years ago did not put the proper paper under the shingles. Eric was on time ever day with his crew . There very clean and cleaned up after there self's during and after the job was completed and they use safety while on the job as in trip hazardsxamd nails laying around. I would use Eric and his company Reef Line Enterprise again if I need something else done. Thank You again Eric for the great good it turned out better then I aspected it. A plus job .

Eric and his team (Mike & Carlos) were really a breath of fresh air. Punctual, (arriving every day at 8:30 from start to finish). They all demonstrated excellent attention to detail and took pride in their work. I was especially impressed with Mike's devotion to keeping the job site clean and free of hazards. Eric is awesome and easy to work with. He is very talented at what he does, and his commitment to quality exceeded my expectations, resulting in a finished product that I will enjoy for years to come. I met with Eric who at the time was nice. He gave me what I thought was a reasonable price. I gave him a deposit of $1,100 in March. He started with the demo of the dock when the city knocked on my door while he was working and asked for permit. I did not know that a permit was needed when I was replacing an existing dock. He said that he DOES NOT HAVE A LICENSE and that he would pull the permit through a friend that has a license. I texted & called him several times to see how the permit was going and he kept saying,"soon" It is now 2 months later and he said via text to me "I have to wait in line like everybody else" I asked for a return of my deposit. he said "I will prepare a BILL for you ! " It's been 5 days, NOTHING ! The owner of Reefline Ent. claims on his response that I rip people off. This is un-true !!! How can he make a statement like this? He doesn't know who I speak to! I have copies of the check I gave him as well as my Texts from him. He states he is licensed. HE IS NOT !!!

Eric was extremely responsive following up constantly through the project. Him and his crew were professional. And the job was finished on time at budget. Highest recommendation and will hire him for my next dock project. Working with Eric was a pleasure. Randy S , Islamorada

I searched around for quite awhile, and for this or that reason I didn’t pick someone until I met Eric. I had a good feeling about him when I met him, so I chose him to do my deck. He was right there with his price, he came on time, skills were great, and they were quiet in their work and his two helpers were extremely professional and polite and did great work.

Eric came over the same day that I called and repaired the areas that needed repair. It was really valuable to be because I was having a party the very next day. He came with his son who was equally professional and knew how to make the repairs. The two were friendly and would not accept any money from me. I am planning to call Eric back to redo some of the work that the previous contractor did improperly. I am very satisfied with the work performed and would highly recommend Eric and his company Reef Line Enterprises, Inc.

Very dependable, clean - clean up after themselves. Good workers; I can't say enough about them. It's hard to find people in south Florida who work. On time or early and get the job done. I even got them jobs with two of my neighbors.
