With 2 toddlers and a newborn, we needed some really deep cleaning on our living room furniture. Refresh completely renewed our couch, ottoman, and chairs. Needless to say, Momma was happy :) Would recommend them any time, very thankful for clean furniture (for now... lol)!

Courteous and knowledgeable, Marcell took the time to explain the cleaning process used by Refresh Carpet and it’s added benefit to the carpets overall final appearance. The cleaning process was very effective in erasing any lingering dog odors as well, without leaving any heavy cleaning solution odor.

I can't say enough for this young man and the quality work he did. I had to have my carpeting cleaned before I could put my home on the market. I was so pleased with his work and attention to what needed to be done. I highly recommend Marcell and his company, Refresh Carpet and Upholstery.

He was less costly than a big name Carpet company in our area, but we were blown away with the quality of work. GREAT attention to detail, he even did a little extra and told us not to worry about it when we offered to pay a little more, which is not the norm with contractors nowadays. He was also very passionate about the specific type of machine he uses that is better than a typical rug doctor due to the mechanics of said machine. I work construction, have 3 small children, two large dogs and my carpets were terrible, now I can wrestle with my kids without feeling like I'm rolling around in a cow pasture. Highly recommend Marcell and will be using him again I the future!

Where to start?! Marcell and his company are absolutely wonderful! The scheduling process was super easy with plenty of availability to fit our crazy schedule. He did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets - he even got the dreaded slime out of the carpet in our daughtersà ¢à  à  room! He provided a much better service at a better price than Ià ¢à  à  ve seen offered by larger companies. Not only did he do a great job, he was super patient with my little ones who watched him the entire time and asked at least 20+ questions! I will recommend him to everyone and canà ¢à  à  t wait to have him back in the future!

The company goes above and beyond. They cleaned my mothers carpet better than I have seen any other company do. The carpets looked brand new when he left and got out all the stains out. He even went around the house trimming uneven parts of the carpet with a special scissor. Very friendly and respectful. Would hire again in a hearbeat.
