Mickey and team (as well as Kimberley) were great! They were able to do the repairs (window sills and fence gate) as well as the painting of the entire house, body and trim. The quality of the work and attention to detail were the best we've ever seen. The house looks better than new. We highly recommend Regan Renovation and Painting!

Great. The owner of the company came to our home, provided the estimate, and joined his employees to do the painting and replacement of some of the trim, all of which we prefer from a contractor. They completed the job in a timely manner, all were very professional and hard-working. They cleaned up well when the job was completed and the newly painted trim looks great. Would definitely hire them again.

I rarely take the time to rate a service provider but it would be negligent of me not to praise the work that Mickey Regan did for us. He not only did an incredible job repainting our house and barn but he also did an amazing job of replacing all the rotted out wood and deck. His attention to detail was beyond compare. We are bringing him back to remodel our master bathroom as well as paint the interior of the house. I would recommend him in a heartbeat for any home repair.

Regan Renovation was recommended on line. I met Mickey and we agreed on a price and what work I needed done, including some wood repairs. Mickey did a fantastic job of painting the exterior of my house. Mickey painted the front of my house and did not feel the color was correct so he took the time to go back and have the paint remixed and to repaint it. He is determined to do it right. It just went on the market and the buyers who are putting bids in on the house appreciate the quality and attention to detail that was taken. Two neighbors are interested in talking to Mickey because they appreciate the quality of his work. I will try to post some pictures from the listing. Most amazing expierence I have had with a painter.  Mickey was kind, and extremely patient.  Help me pick out just the right colors I was looking for and created a unique design for each and every room.  He was prompt, considerate, and extremely affordable.  A+++ on painting technique. So perfect!!!!  I would not hesitate to use him again.  I will never use anyone else.
