My business is primarily Air Conditioning and Heating services, both commercial and residential. I am an honest man running a business according to the ways of the Bible. I learned this business from my uncles as a teenager and have been doing it ever since. Have over 30 years experience. I really enjoy working for honest people and not have to worry about my money

Jay describe to me what my different options would be for Servicing, and he was able to get the job done the same day I requested a quote, which was on Saturday and a full two days before we originally discussed. He resolved our issue very quickly and professionally, and gave me recommendations on how to handle any future issues. We will definitely use Reid's Quality Dervices for our air conditioner needs in the future.

They did in about 1 and a half hour, they were just really fast. Mr. Reid and his crew worked inside and outside and they were done very quickly. Mr. Reid worked inside with the heating unit, and his crew worked on the air conditioning unit outside the house. Mr. Reid added Freon on my air conditioning unit 2 days before the installation of the new units but it only lasted about 24 hours. so the check that was used to pay for the Freon, he just took it off on the price of the installation of the new one. I have great praises for Mr. Reid, he worked with me with the new unit and everything worked out well. It is a warranted unit, so he'll provide the warranty works and just make sure that it gets serviced every year. I have recommended him to my friends and families.

I sold my house about 3 weeks ago. After 3 years, he had yet to install the cover on the hop. He installed the a/c unit properly, but did not complete the contracted job fully. He got mad at me for calling repeatedly in the same morning. He said that I was doing nothing but making him mad. Even though I sold the house I explained to him that I wanted to know when it was done. He has yet to get back to me. He did a great job on the a/c system, but I could not recommend him based on him being completely unresponsive and not following through completion.

"I did exactly as I was hired. The homeowner at first did not want the cover over the copper lines coming from the attic down side of home. She also wanted free air duct cleaning, this never happened and will not happen for free unless I sign off on this. I went and talked to the new owners a few days after they bought the home in Temple, Texas and they had no problem with the lines not being covered. This lady got mad still me for calling my phone like a little kid while she could tell I was on the phone with other clients. She tried to call every minute for nearly 20 minutes until I sent her her a text message. This job was done 100% complete and it was in Texas not in another state."
