I needed a re-roof done for a residential property and Malachi and his team were responsive, informative, and prompt. The re-roof for the entire house took no more than three days. Since I live out of state, Malachi was communicative via calling/texting and sent along a lot of photos showing before, after, and the progress. The lifetime guarantee is a nice touch that adds some peace of mind to the process.

I reviewed this company in June after repairs done 6/26/20 and gave a good review as I thought a good job was done. I paid $1200 to have leaks repaired in back porch roof. Malachi gave me a lifetime guarantee (50 years) verbally and in writing. In August 2020 the roof started leaking again In EXACTLY the same places. I contacted Malachi and he came out once and tried to fix. 2 days later it leaked again in EXACTLY the same places. I contacted him again and he basically told me that it was not the repairs he did that caused the leak but it had do do with shingles on the house itself and the facia boards. He refused to honor his guarantee. The shingles and the facia boards ware exactly as they were 2 months ago and the leaks in the porch roof are in EXACTLY the same place as they were before he fixed it. I feel conned but this contractor. I would not recommend you use his services.

"These leaks are not the same leaks, and it is extremely unfortunate that you went the extra mile to lie in a review in an attempt hurt me. Even so, the fact of the matter is that 4 months have gone by with serious rains and you have had no issues. As your original review so eloquently points out. Now you have an issue with nails backing out of your shingle roof (not the metal roof we were hired to fix). You have new leaks as I showed you with fresh pictures of your roof. More leaks are going to form all over your failing shingle roof because it’s old. Any contractor you have come out is GOING TO TELL YOU THE SAME THING."

It was terrible! This guy is a cheat and rotten. He speaks a big game and doesn't back it up. He said he'd have it all done in two days. I go up there on day 2 and he is covering up rotten wood. I ask if he is going to replace the wood. He tells me I don't get to look at my roof till he is done. I say it is my house. At this he gets in my face and tries to get tough. I ask him if he is going to hit me. This puts some sense into him. He rants and raves how I know nothing. I tell him to get off my property. He keeps my deposit. Not a good person. Don't hire him. That is my opinion. I have the written contract as proof.

Had leaks in my porch roof caused by poor workmanship, during roof replacement, done by another company in 2018. Despite multiple repairs, have had problems with leaks that kept coming back, ever since. Malachi contacted me after I put my information into Angie’s list. We set a time for him to take a look at the roof and give me estimate. He arrived, on time, at the time specified. He explained in a very understandable way what was causing the leaks and what he would to do fix it. He gave me a verbal estimate on the spot and within a short time emailed the written estimate to me. The price he gave me was significantly less than other companies I had quoted with. The written estimate clearly stated what was to be done, exactly as we had discussed, and for the exact amount he quoted when he gave me the verbal estimate. He warranted his work in writing. We agreed on a time for the repair and he was at my home, on time, ready to work, at the specified time. He completed the repair in 1 day. It rained very hard the next day and there was no leaking. It had been a very long time since there was no leaking during a hard rain. The entire process took less than a week and was very easy. I was very happy with the entire process and all interactions with Malachi. I would definitely use this company again!

We needed to have the roof on our shed re-done and Reign Pros were fantastic from start to finish! They were responsive by phone and email and helped us find the perfect shingles. Most important, the job they did was top-notch! We will soon need our entire house done and will certainly be hiring them. Look no further if you want an excellent job done on your roof!

Our roof leaks had been persistent for many years.. Once Malachi finished the job. We have not had one leak. I must have had three or four other roofers attempt the job. Go with Reign pros and get the job done right the first time. On budget, and on time.
